The article discusses the issues of the role of Literature, Art and Mass media in the COVID-19 Pandemic and Post-Pandemic Society. Having started with the analysis of the motif of the Plague and Pestilence in the world literature, we turned to the modern perception of COVID-19 in the modern "digital literature" and art. It has been proved that in the times of uncertainty and troubles people tend to turn to poetry as to the source of inspiration and stoicism, trying to draw the picture of the word after the pandemic and therefore get hope and the reference point. Nowadays, we are standing on the urge of global changes caused by COVID-19, which will influence all the areas of our lives. However, it is the first pandemic in a new "digital" era, in the time of social networking sites. For the first time in the history of humankind, every person can not only be the passive reader or observer, but to contribute and share in the Internet his own story of survival or fight which will be watched and read by millions of others. The virus gives us the sad impetus to stop and rethink our actions and values. But what conclusions will be made by a modern society? We will learn about it later.
The paper investigates the effectiveness of personal smartphones and other mobile devices for learning English at the tertiary level during hostility in Ukraine. The research methods included 1) general theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis); 2) empirical methods (quasi-experiment, observation, interpretation); 3) methods of mathematical statistics (Pearson’s criterion). The material of the research involved 80 students of the first year of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) during spring semester of 2021/2022 academic year. There were two samples: the experimental group (N = 40) that learned the course of “Legal English” exclusively through mobile devices and the control group (N = 40) that had only traditional forms of learning. The results revealed that academic progress of the students of the experimental group have improved by 15%, while achievements of the students of the control group have deteriorated by 10%. The reliability of the results is confirmed by the methods of mathematical statistics (p-value = 0.25; the significance level was chosen as 0.05). The conclusion is that mobile learning technology, which is able to provide students with access to systematic online training; platforms containing different textbooks and other local and remote educational content; as well as various educational services may become a great teaching and learning tool.

It is argued that, future professionals will be able to learn to value their gender identity and feel free, choosing a life and career path due to the well-organized communication and awareness of student youth about their gender consciousness. Indeed, the formation of a gender-conscious personality directly depends on the rules and traditions prevailing at the university, which can be both restraining and favorable for the education of a gender-loyal person. A corporate work, a situational modeling, a processing of discussion some questions are defined as methods of this activity. The complex of these acts is an effective toolkit to solve the gender discourse issues, and the professional scientific approach of enthusiastic teachers is a driving force that helps to intensify the desired result achievement. The conclusion: we do not have to deal with gender stereotypes, we have to help youth become they want to be. Students should not pay attention to how someone identifies someone, there is no difference in abilities between the sexes, in the desire to change and create the world as they want to see it.
