The subject of the study is determined by the need for effective rehabilitation of war veterans and the presence of many problems of sociopsychological recovery after being in the zone of active combat operations, and the need to develop an effective rehabilitation programme for this category of people. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the features of socio-psychological rehabilitation, identify the relationship of physiological states with individual psychological components of the individual’s functioning in specific conditions of life, determine which measures are most effective for the establishment of areas of work in the aspect of socio-psychological rehabilitation of war veterans. The basis of the methodological approach in this study is the analysis and generalisation based on the results of the examination of scientific and theoretical material, which determines the establishment of conclusions and recommendations in the field under study. The following methods of scientific knowledge are used: dialectical, logical-semantic, system-structural, functional, and logicalnormative. The study proves the direct connection between the presence of a person in a war zone and their psychoemotional state. It is considered which psychophysiological disorders can be caused by involvement in armed conflicts. The conclusion is formulated that participants in military operations need social and psychological rehabilitation, and problematic issues and prospects for rehabilitation are outlined. Specific medical and socio-psychological aspects are highlighted, the avoidance or generation of which will help in the process of rehabilitation of military personnel and their families. It was identified that although psychological rehabilitation is generally conducted, it requires more government support, popularisation, and wider involvement of both war veterans and experts. Ways to improve approaches to providing psychological assistance to military personnel and their families in Ukraine are proposed. The conclusions of the study are of substantial importance for psychologists and social workers, psychology students and teaching staff of psychology faculties as a doctrinal basis for the educational process
The relevance of the study is conditioned by the rapid indicators of fear among young people, which has a destructive effect on psychological health, physical condition, social and professional development. The purpose of the study is to analyse the concept of “fear”, investigate its forms and origin, identify current fears among modern youth, and interpret them. Determination of ways to prevent the occurrence of fear, disposal, and its control. To investigate the features of the manifestation of current fears of modern youth, methods are used that are qualitatively combined and form a common concrete result, namely: empirical (quantitative research using an online survey), comparative, introspection, and interpretation. The results of this study are aimed at clearly defining the concept of fear, exploring its varieties, and identifying forms of fear. Theoretically, it is presented how fear can affect the development of personality, influence view of life, values, and self-determination in the professional and social environment. With the help of theoretical analysis, the specific features of the manifestation of fear in young people are compared based on Ukrainian and international experience. The results of an empirical study are demonstrated, and the most common fears of modern youth are identified. The findings are aimed at identifying ways to prevent the occurrence of fear, using corrective techniques for internal control, and determining the physiological and psychological manifestations of fear that can be controlled by willpower. This paper is not only a theoretical explanation of the existence of fear, but also it has preventive significance for those who want to take control of their own emotions and displace those categories of fear that prevent them from living a full life.
The relevance of the study is conditioned by the presence of a large number of problems of the professional training of future lawyers and the great importance of the practical application of attributes of psychological readiness in matters of their effective professional training. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyse the phenomenon of psychological readiness, to identify its relationship with the professional training of future lawyers, and to find out the most effective measures for the development of psychological readiness of future lawyers as a component of professional training. The following methods of scientific cognition were used in the study: terminological, logical and semantic, system and structural, functional, logical and normative, and non-experimental quantitative method of data collection by survey. The results showed that the psychological readiness of students to study has characteristics depending on what specialisation the law student chooses in the future. It was found that although students’ psychological readiness for e-learning was high, they lacked technological and instrumental readiness. In general, the results obtained and the conclusions formulated on their basis have both theoretical and practical importance, which consists in improving scientific approaches to understanding the content of psychological readiness as a component of professional training of future lawyers. These results can be used in the future as a developed scientific base for investigating the prospects for studying the psychological readiness of law students, solving and developing problematic issues revealed in this study, and implementing them in the educational process.
