Anemia in pregnancy is potentially harmful to the mother and child. Based Riskesdas 2013 the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in Indonesia amounted to 37.1%, this indicates the incidence of pregnancy anemia in Indonesia is still quite high, this study aims to Know the knowledge before and after getting a health education about the link between diet and the incidence of high risk in pregnancy puskesmass District, Ciputat timur.Metode this research is descriptive analysis with cross sectional study design. Location of the research conducted at the health center subdistrict, Ciputat east, Rengas, Pisangan, Pondok Ranji. Samples in this study were 84 maternal sample is taken by accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and book ANC. Data analysis using Chi Square Results of the study of 84 pregnant women, obtained 20.9% experienced anemia There is a significant correlation between regularity of the diet and the incidence of anemia, with p value 0.002. There is a significant relationship between the processing of foodstuffs with anemia, with p value 0,007. There is a significant relationship between the type of food in consumption with anemia, with p value 0.002.Keyword: Diet, Anemia, Pregnancy
Hypertriglyceridemia is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease and acute pancreatitis (Pejic and Lee, 2006; Brahm and Hegele, 2013; Afari et al., 2015). One way to treat it by using the apple vinegar (Malus sylvestris Mill) of manalagi varieties which contained high antioxidants and acetic acid as well as more durable than the fresh fruit. The study aimed to know the effect of the Apple vinegar of manalagi varieties (Malus sylvestris Mill) to blood triglyceride levels of white male rats (Rattus norvegicus) wistar strain with high-fat diet and induced by alloxan. The study used the post test only control group design, with 24 rats samples which were divided into three groups. The negative control group (K0) only received standard diet for 24 days, the positive control group (K1) received a high-fat diet for 7 days and induced by alloxan with doses of 90 mg/kgBW of rats, and treatment group (K2) was given a high-fat diet for 7 days, induced by alloxan and received the apple vinegar (Malus sylvestris Mill) of manalagi varieties with a dose of 0,27 ml/100 g BW of rats for 14 days. The results by using one way ANOVA showed the significance value of the data p = 0,974 (p>0,05) so that there is no significant difference of the mean of blood triglycerides levels between K0, K1 and K2. This study concluded that apple vinegar (Malus sylvestris Mill) of manalagi varieties can not significantly lower the blood triglyceride levels of white male rats (Rattus norvegicus) wistar strain with high-fat diet and induced by alloxan. Further study about apple vinegar of manalagi varieties is required to define its effects. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Biokimia Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya selama 31 hari pada September-Oktober 2018. A. Alat dan BahanAlat-alat yang dibutuhkan antara lain adalah neraca/ timbangan hewan, timbangan analitik, kandang tikus, spuit 3 cc untuk mengambil darah, wadah plastik, spuit 3 cc dan sonde untuk memasukkan cuka apel, beaker glass 50 cc dan batang pengaduk, spektrofotometer, sonde intragastrik, handschoen, masker dan scalpel. Sedangkan bahan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian antara lain tikus putih jantan galur wistar sebanyak 24 ekor, diet standar, diet tinggi lemak 10%, cuka apel varietas manalagi yang dibuat sendiri melalui proses fermentasi sekitar 4 minggu, air PDAM, aloksan monohidrat, ketamine HCl, alcohol 70%, kapas dan kertas label.
