Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sustainability report disclosure. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah advertisement intensity, nature of industry, listing category of a company, dan intellectual capital sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2018. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa advertisement intensity dan nature of industry berpengaruh terhadap sustainability report disclosure. Sedangkan listing category of a company tidak berpengaruh terhadap sustainability report disclosure. Sementara itu, intellectual capital dapat memoderasi pengaruh hubungan advertisement intensity terhadap sustainability report disclosure. Pengaruh variabel independen untuk menggambarkan variabel dependen serta variabel moderasi yang mempengaruhi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen adalah 32,8% sedangkan sisanya 67,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
[Bahasa]: Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Widya Utama di Kembangan Utara Jakarta Barat memiliki permasalahan terkait masih minimnya kemampuan lulusan dalam bidang teknologi listrik. Padahal kemampuan tersebut merupakan bekal penunjang ketika lulusan terjun dalam dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan lulusan dalam bidang teknologi listrik melalui program yang dilaksanakan secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada siswa PKBM Widya Utama terkait listrik tanpa kabel (wireless electric). Pelatihan dilaksanakan di dormitory laboratorium teknik elektro Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya melalui penjelasan sejarah dan teori singkat mengenai mini tesla coil serta merakit komponen-komponen sistem listrik tanpa kabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui proses pengujian laboratory mengenai aplikasi mini tesla coil pada lampu TL dan speaker aktif melalui mp3 telepon seluler. Tahap selanjutnya adalah demo alat, pengujian dan analisa sederhana dimana peserta mengisi lembar evaluasi sebagai upaya perbaikan pelatihan selanjutnya. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 83% dari peserta memiliki minat yang sesuai dengan pelatihan yang diberikan. Lebih dari 70% pesrta dapat menyerap pengetahuan tersebut. Lebih dari 80% peserta merasakan interaksi dan keaktifan dari tutor/pelatih selama pelatihan berlangsung. Selanjutnya lebih dari 70% peserta menyatakan bahwa tujuan pelatihan telah tercapai. Whereas these abilities are supporting provisions when graduates become workers. Therefore, some efforts are needed to improve graduates' ability in electrical technology through regular training programs. This community service program aimed at providing skills to PKBM Widya Utama students related to wireless electricity. The training was held in the dormitory of the electrical engineering laboratory of Mercu Buana University Meruya through a brief historical and theoretical explanation of the mini tesla coil and the assembly of the components of the wireless electrical system. The method used in this community service program was Participatory Action Research (PAR) through a laboratory testing process regarding the application of mini tesla coil on TL lamps and active speakers via mp3 cellular phones. The next stage is a tool demo, testing, and simple analysis where participants fill out an evaluation sheet to improve further training. The results showed that more than 83% of the participants were interested in the training process. More than 70% of participants could absorb the knowledge. More than 80% of the participants experienced the interaction and activeness of the trainers during the training. Introduction-the biochemical course is related to biology because biochemical discusses chemical processes that occur in the body of human being. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was known that students did not have preparations before the lecture. Therefore, it was necessary to have biochemical teaching materials that help students to learn the material before lectures. Research results related to the material could be added to the teaching materials thus they can provide examples in the form of facts in lectures. Purpose-The purpose of this research is to produce biochemical teaching materials equipped by research results with valid criteria. Methods-Development research used the Plomp model. Validation of teaching materials was seen from the aspects of content, presentation, graphics, and language. Results-Assessment of the aspect of content obtained valid criteria with a value of 80%, aspects of presentation and graphics obtained valid criteria with a value of 75%, and aspects of language obtained very valid criteria with a value of 81.25%. Recommendation-The biochemical teaching materials developed have met valid criteria thus they can be used in biochemical lectures and materials can be used by students as an independent learning.
Background: Tuberculosis is an uncommon and very rare cause of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Moreover, it has been associated with poor outcomes with a very high mortality rate (40-80%). The clinical symptoms and radiological findings of tuberculous pneumonia that resemble bacterial pneumonia result in difficulties to decide definitive diagnosis. Case Presentation: A 35-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital with shortness of breath, fever, cough without expectoration. The patient had history of asthma since childhood. Chest physical examination showed rhonchi and wheezing on both lungs. Initial laboratory findings were leucocytosis, granulocytocis, eosinopenia, increased ALT and ALP levels, blood gas analysis revealed acute respiratory failure. PaO2/FiO2 was 49 mmHg. ECG showed sinus tachycardia and chest X-ray showed consolidation on both lungs. The patient was initially managed for asthma exacerbation and bilateral pneumonia with ARDS. The result of microbiological findings showed acid fast bacilli (AFB) positive. He had been treated with anti-TB first category. Clinical improvement was achieved after 1 week of anti-TB treatment. Summary: Tuberculous pneumonia with ARDS is a rare case of pulmonary tuberculosis. The diagnosis is established by a prompt and complete examination that lead to optimal treatment with appropriate anti-TB.
