In order to realize the bidirectional transportation of materials, a reciprocating double track linear conveyor is designed in this paper. The conveyer uses the piezoelectric vibrator as its driving force source to drive and uses the linear structure to realize the spiral conveying function. Conveyors have the capability to convey materials with a small volume. Firstly, the structure of the conveyor is introduced. Then, the modal analysis and simulation of the piezoelectric vibrator and the conveying system are carried out. We find out that the system is worked under the two-order mode and obtained the working principle of the system. Finally, make prototype and test it, the system voltage and frequency characteristics were obtained. At the same time, the consistency of the dual rail conveying materials under resonance condition is tested. The results show that the system performance and delivery consistency are better. The conveyer has wide application prospect in narrow space material transportation.

Abstract. The vibration of belt in the process of automobile synchronous belt transmission directly influence transmission smoothness, and produce noise and affect the service life of the belt. In this paper, through the establishment of mathematical model of belt transverse vibration in the process of synchronous belt transmission, solving impact of tension on transverse vibration natural frequency; As the same time, designing a synchronous belt transverse vibration natural frequency measuring device in order to measure the transverse vibration natural frequency when the tension is from 300N to 1000N, so as to verify the mathematical model about impact of tension on transverse vibration natural frequency, provide the foundation for choice of tension in the process of automotive multi-pulley synchronous belt design, and have a certain significance on reducing the noise in the transmission process and prolonging the service life of belt .
