Process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at home in accordance with a government circular in order to break the chain of the spread of Covid 19. "Unpreparedness of all elements, one of which is that teachers in learning are a big obstacle too, there is a change in teaching and learning from Being face-to-face being online requires readiness from all elements. Therefore, the leadership of school principals and teacher professionals are two factors among other factors that can affect teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 42 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that the influence of the principal's leadership and professional teachers was very dominant on the teacher's performance at SD Asy-Syifa 2 Bandung with a level of influence of 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% was determined by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership of the principal and the professional improvement of teachers, the better the teacher's performance.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja guru SD di wilayah Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung di hadapkan pada persoalan belum optimalnya kinerja guru ini terlihat pada data rata-rata kinerja guru sebesar 78%. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan keikutsertaan para guru pada kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (X2) serta Kinerja Guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung sebanyak 333 guru dari 14 Sekolah Dasar, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 guru dengan menggunakan teknik sampling (proportional stratified random sampling). Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner. Dalam pengujian secara simultan tingkat pengaruh variabel Independen (Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kelompok Kerja Guru) terhadap Variabel dependen (Kinerja Guru) mempunyai pengaruh. Hal ini terbukti dengan angka Adjusted R sebesar 0.570a menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Guru mempunyai hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kelompok Kerja Guru berkategori kuat dengan persentase 57%, dan Fhitung>Ftabel, yaitu 17.839>3.12 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000<0,05, Maka Ho ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variabel Independen terhadap variabel dependen atau dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung.
