The electrochemical properties of low molecular weight organic compounds having perfluoroalkyl groups (Compound 1 and 2) were researched by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). According to CV, oxidation and reduction of the electrode surface were occurred having nothing to form solid electrolyte interphase (SEI). On the other hand, LSV was measured in order to research into the oxidation potential, compound 1 having no resonance structures was stable electrochemically than compound 2 having them.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
