With the gradual advancement of education reform, English learning has become more and more important, and efficient and fast English learning has become a concern of people. In this study, an online translation platform based on artificial intelligence was selected for exploration. Use SQLite software database server as text data source. When the user performs English translation, the query word will be input into the translation platform, and at the same time, the artificial intelligence Google API translation technology will translate the text. Based on the collected actual user service usage records, build edge computing solutions and analyze user data input records. Use word2vec to construct the feature vector of the word, and use LSTM to construct the word ranking of the text. The word ranking method is used to predict the user's service usage, select the corresponding edge server, and combine the relevant probability model to preload the service. Combined with the edge algorithm compression data processing technology of the Internet of Things, the data is synchronized and tracked. After the data is compressed, the translated text is displayed on the application interface in the form of voice and words. The research results show that the use of edge computing of the Internet of Things increases the preservation rate of historical query records of intelligent translation by 30%, and the intelligent translation platform predicts that the matching degree of users' translation queries is 90%. The use of edge algorithm compression technology of the Internet of Things can greatly save the network traffic and bandwidth of the server. The optimized query algorithm can improve query efficiency, save query time, and increase users' enthusiasm for learning English.
Osteosarcoma (OS) is one of the most primary bone malignancies, often occurring in adolescents or children. Numerous scientific findings have introduced that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) can be involved in tumor occurrence and development. Although DSCAM-AS1 has been studied in several cancers, its role and mechanism in OS are poorly understood. In this work, high level of DSCAM-AS1 was validated in OS cell lines. Depleting DSCAM-AS1 inhibited cell proliferation, migration and EMT process in OS. Subsequently, we disclosed that DSCAM-AS1 was mainly observed in the cytoplasm of OS cells and could bind with miR-186-5p in OS. Moreover, inhibiting miR-186-5p rescued the impact of silenced DSCAM-AS1 on OS progression. Additionally, GPRC5A was verified as the target downstream of miR-186-5p, and it was negatively modulated by miR-186-5p but positively regulated by DSCAM-AS1. More importantly, DSCAM-AS1 enhanced GPRC5A level in OS by sequestering miR-186-5p. Finally, up-regulating GPRC5A reversed the influences of DSCAM-AS1 repression on the oncogenic behaviors of OS cells. Knockdown of DSCAM-AS1 suppressed NPC tumor growth in vivo. All findings uncovered that DSCAM-AS1 aggravated OS progression through sponging miR-186-5p to up-regulate GPRC5A expression. Thus, we proposed DSCAM-AS1 as a probable target for OS treatment.
In order to cope with today's increasingly severe information security situations, trying to start develop the national information security literacy with students, information security education has been carried out in many countries around the world. Based on the clarification of the connotation of information security literacy, this paper conducted a survey of current situation of ISL education of undergraduates of four Chinese universities, and analyzed problems existed in the aspects of objectives, contents, methods and evaluation approaches of information security literacy training program and concluded that time-space constraints are the main causes of current problems. By referring to the ubiquitous learning theory, this manuscript constructed a scheme for information security literacy training, and summarized the three-layer and three-category training objectives, and designed the structural model and learning contents under the ubiquitous learning environment of information security education, explicitly stated the multiple ubiquitous training process and methods for entire educational period of undergraduates, and proposed the measurement and evaluation solutions for group test and self-test of ISL .
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
