Drug abuse is a world problem that can never be resolved. Nevertheless, efforts towards enforcement and eradication must still be carried out. The difficulty is that the problem created by humans themselves, involves many aspects, including economic, political and moral. Drug use outside the medical indication, without a doctor's prescription or prescription, and use that is pathological (causing abnormalities) can cause obstacles in activities at home, school or campus, workplace and social environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of drug abuse in the medical students 2019 Universitas Malikussaleh. This research was an descriptif study with cross sectional method. The sample in this study were all students of the medical students 2019 Universitas malikussaleh totaling 96 people. From this study 86% of students had good knowledge of drug abuse and 14% were lacking knowledge.
Background: Social Support is one of the things that is very necessary in pregnancy because of its very broad impact on the welfare of pregnant women and the fetus they contain. Assistance carried out by midwives and doctors on an ongoing basis or Continuity of Care for pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, neonates is very necessary to do. Continuity of care in midwifery is a service that is achieved when there is a continuous relationship between a woman and a midwife. There needs to be an understanding that in providing midwifery services in Continuity of Care (COC) ways, it is hoped that mothers will be able to undergo pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates. Case report:. The importance of the support of husbands, family, relatives and health workers can have a huge impact on the condition of mothers and babies, especially during pregnancy. The role of companion is very important, especially for pregnant women who have lost support system during pregnancy by providing assistance both physically and psychologically because it will have an impact on pregnancy outcomes. Conclusion: The assistance that has been carried out through continuous care has been maximized. Even though mothers cannot directly monitor mothers, assistance has also been sought through telemedicine. It is hoped that midwives can maintain or improve quality service quality with Continuity of Care (COC) midwifery care during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and BBL.
Kegiatan mengemukakan pendapat di era modern ditunjang dengan adanya media sosial. Keberadaan media sosial membuat penggunanya bisa mengemukakan pendapat tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Meskipun begitu, antusiasme masyarakat untuk mengemukakan pendapat cenderung mengalami penurunan. Terlebih lagi antusiasme golongan muda cenderung lebih rendah daripada golongan tua. Jika fenomena sosial ini terus berlanjut, maka kehidupan masyarakat yang demokratis akan tergerus oleh golongan muda yang pasif. Menindaklanjuti permasalahan ini, penelitian diadakan untuk menganalisis penyebab rendahnya kesadaran generasi muda, khususnya mahasiswa, untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya sebagai bentuk keikutsertaan dalam berdemokrasi di Indonesia melalui media sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa penyebab rendahnya antusiasme mahasiswa untuk beropini antara lain maraknya berita hoax, cyber bullying dari masyarakat yang kontra, serta hukum yang problematis sehingga dapat memicu kriminalisasi dalam beropini. Hasil analisis ini digunakan untuk merumuskan solusi-solusi yang diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya berpendapat sebagai mahasiswa demi terciptanya kehidupan demokratis di Indonesia.
