Globe amaranth is one of the flowers contain betacyanin that potentially used as natural dye by extracting. This research aimed to find out the characteristics of natural dye extract of globe amaranth on the treatment of solvent types and extraction temperature as well as to determine the correlation between a total of betacyanin with the yield and color intensity of the natural dye extract of globe amaranth. This experiment was designed using two factors. The first factor was solvent types consisting of aquades, ethanol 48 percent, and ethanol 96 percent. The second factor was the extraction temperature consisting of 25, 35, and 45ºC. The data analysis used a bivariate correlation test. The results showed the characteristics of the natural dye extract of globe amaranth on the treatment of the type of solvent and extraction temperature were as follows: yield of 8.65 – 16.13 percent, betacyanin total 30.01 – 185.51 mg / 100g, brightness level (L*) 12.08 – 17.09, redness level (a*) 8.19 – 10.93, and yellowish level (b*) 4.77 – 7.87. A total of betacyanin was positively correlated with yield and the redness level (a*) with correlation coefficient value (r) 0.504 (strong) and 0.986 (very strong) and determination coefficient value (R2) 0.2541 and 0.9719, while a total of betacyanin was negatively correlated with the brightness level (L*) and the yellowish level (b*) with the correlation coefficient value (r) -0.932 (very strong) and -0.907 (very strong) and determination coefficient value (R2) 0.8679 and 0.8226. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the cultured vision of students at Hamzanwadi Selong University. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, in this case, the researcher will describe the problems that occur to students regarding student perceptions of the cultured vision of students at Hamzanwadi University. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation (observation), interviews, and documentation. Then the data from the data collection results were analyzed descriptively and interpreted against the data. Students' perceptions of the cultured vision of students at Hamzanwadi University were that the character of students was still not formed due to a lack of knowing what the santri culture was like. The differences that occur in students have not been seen from the first time they enter, student responses related to the cultured vision of students are still seen as a slogan and view it as a psychic. The impact of the vision of the santri culture on students can be divided into two, namely constructive and destructive. And the constructive point is to make students religious and gain insight into the culture of the students. And the destructive aspect is that students only speak, not apply it, and the cultural vision of the santri is only regarded as a formality.
Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning PPMI as the implementer of Law no. 18 of 2017 concerning PMI is the legal basis for Indonesian workers who will, are currently, and have worked in and from abroad. In addition, Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning PPMI as a substitute for Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2006 concerning PPTKI which has long been no longer valid after the enactment of Law no. 18 of 2017 concerning PMI. The method used in this research is normative juridical approach and comparative study. The results of the study indicate that the district government has attribution authority in making regional regulations and other regulations that contain the implementation of autonomy and assistance, as well as local content, as long as they do not conflict with higher laws and regulations. In this case, Perda No. 5 of 2021 concerning PPMI has been in accordance with the hierarchy of laws and regulations. The purpose of the research is to find a normatively constructive understanding of legal issues, especially the implementation of legal protection in the form of local government policies in the form of local regulations in the PMI sector. It is hoped that through this research, people's understanding can be found that is useful in realizing harmonization of laws and regulations.
