Cellular network users are increasingly growing necessitating more efficient microwave radio link design. It is intended that all user needs can be met, without having to install many antenna devices and frequency spectrum. One way to increase the availability value of a microwave antenna is to use a 4 + 0 configuration. This configuration uses one antenna with one frequency, but there are four frequency channels because it has four Outdoor Units (ODU) in one antenna so that it can increase the availability value to 99.99%, because in the 1 + 0 configuration, the availability value has not yet reached the ITU standard- T G.821 class 450 km for 10 km hop, it is necessary to design with a 4 + 0 configuration. In this research, design will be done using Pathloss 5 software, namely the Conded Gedong site to the Kp Rambutan site using 11 GHz frequency with a distance of 9.61 km. Based on the design results, the Receive Signal Level (RSL) value is -50.11 dBm and the Rx Threshold Level is -75 dBm. So it can be declared good because the RSL value ? RTH. The availability value with 1 + 0 configuration is 99.98914%, the value has not yet reached the ITU-T G.821 class 450 km for 10 km hop standard because it has a 99.99% standard. After using the 4 + 0 configuration, the availability value of 99.99006% is obtained, meaning that the value has reached the standard.
Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang diterbitkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) RI pada tahun 2020 menyebabkan terjadinya penyesuaian kurikulum di level pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena jenis kegiatan MBKM yang bervariasi, maka instrument penilaiannya pun akan bervariasi menyesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh mahasiswa pada kegiatan MBKM yang ditempuhnya. Pada kegiatan MBKM mahasiswa juga diarahkan untuk mengembangkan hardskill dan softskill sehingga penilaian bersifat kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses penilaian secara kualitatif ini adalah teknik free form. Logika fuzzy merupakan suatu alat bantu yang dapat digunakan untuk proses penilaian yang bersifat kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran terkait penilaian kegiatan MBKM secara free form menggunakan bantuan dari logika fuzzy sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan penilaian kegiatan MBKM mahasiswa. Keunggulan dari logika fuzzy pada proses penilaian adalah pihak penilai atau asesor dapat menentukan aturan sesuai kebijakan penilaian, selain itu dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi nilai.
