According to the definition of the World Health Organization, drug allergy is one of the types of adverse reactions to drugs, and is defined as any harmful or unintended reaction that occurs in doses used for prevention, diagnosis or treatment (Astakhova A. V., 2008). In accordance with the studies data, patients with an adverse drug reaction (ADR) account for approximately 6.5 % of all hospitalizations, and the incidence of fatal ADRs is 0.32 %. This explains why drug allergy is an important clinical problem (Kostyleva M. N., 2014, Verlan N. V., Rybalko M. V., 2013). Purpose of the study: to conduct a CAST (drug intolerance test) in children with a positive result on the Naranjo scale.
