Glassware was the witness of the ancient Silk Road trade. The paper focuses on the component analysis and identification methods of ancient glass products. The decision tree model was established and analyzed to obtain the classification rules of high potassium glass and lead barium glass. Based on the cluster analysis method, appropriate chemical elements were selected for each type to conduct cluster analysis. The result showed that high potassium glass and unweathered lead barium glass can be classified by their content of silicon dioxide. However, weathered lead barium glass needed to be classified by their content of lead oxide. The random forest regression model was used to classify glass cultural relics by their chemical elements. The chemical element data of glass cultural relics with known types were used as samples, and the chemical element data of glass cultural relics with unknown types were inputted into the trained model. Finally, the types of glass cultural relics were predicted and sensitivity analysis was conducted.
Celastrol has been identified as a potential candidate for anticancer drug development. In this study, 28 novel celastrol derivatives with C-6 sulfhydryl substitution and 20-substitution were designed and synthesized, and their antiproliferative activity against human cancer cells and non-malignant human cells was evaluated, with cisplatin and celastrol being used as controls. The results showed that most of the derivatives had enhanced in vitro anticancer activity compared to the parent compound celastrol. Specifically, derivative 2f demonstrated the most potent inhibitory potential and selectivity against HOS with an IC 50 value of 0.82 μM.Our study provides new insights into the structure-activity relationship of celastrol and suggests that compound 2f may be a promising drug candidate for the treatment of osteosarcoma.
Sailboats have varying values with changes in market conditions and aging. This paper analyzed the characteristics and economic characteristics of monohull along with catamaran in their respective regions. The paper also carried out Spearman correlation analysis on their listing prices. The gradient boosting decision tree model was established to calculate the feature importance of each variable on the listing price, and the accuracy of the model reached over 86%. It indicated that the model can effectively price the second-hand sailboat market. This paper used one-way ANOVA to determine whether there was a significant difference between the listing prices of monohull and catamaran in the secondary markets. There were significant differences in the listing prices of monohulled sailboats and catamarans in different geographical regions. The listing prices of monohull and catamaran in different geographical regions were significantly different, and the regional effects were inconsistent.
The protein serine/threonine phosphatases-1 and -2A are major cellular phosphatases, playing a fundamental role in organisms from prokaryotes to eukaryotes. They contribute to 90% dephosphorylation in eukaryote proteins. In the eye, both phosphatases are highly expressed and display important functions in regulating normal eye development. Moreover, they are implicated in pathogenesis through modulation of stress-induced apoptosis. Here we review the recent progresses on these aspects.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
