Over the years, the network of information technology development, beginning to infiltrate the various industries, the education sector as well. With the cause of national education reform deepening, various subjects have begun implementation of information technology development, especially among physical education. That way because in the past the traditional sports teaching, it is difficult to adapt to today's information society development situation, keep pace with the development, teaching sports network launched and implemented, and get good results. But where there are still some problems, that is, the development of effective education Sports Network resources issue, which directly affect the effect of the use of College Sports Network Education Resources. This paper analyzed for effective development of university sports online education resources, and with the launch of recommendations for reference.
Sports physiology is one of the basic theories of sports, which is based on the guidance of scientific and reasonable movement. Due to the limitation of our national conditions, the development of sports physiology is very tortuous, and its development is very slow. At the present stage of our country, the sports physiology is facing the challenges that emerge in endlessly. In this paper, a brief analysis and exploration on the current situation and challenges of China's sports physiology, and further puts forward the measures and solutions to the problems, provides theoretical support for the future development of China's sports physiology.Sports physiology can be included within the category of human physiology, sports physiology in normal human body as the research object, mainly studies the human body in response to sports and the ability to adapt to changes, it is a study of the human body when in the activities of the various aspects of the subject. On this basis, this paper provides a theoretical reference for the development of physical education, sports training and fitness training.Main tasks of sports physiology: research on the physiological principles in the course of physical education; based on the correct understanding of the function of the human body activity patterns, in-depth exploration of the development of sports on human body function; understand the different training level, different sports and athletes of different gender, different age and the different physiological characteristics, in order to guide sports training, scientific and effective organization of sports teaching, and more effective service in sports practice.Sports physiology provides an effective reference for sports and physical training, sports physiology plays a vital role in the promotion of sports and sports performance. So many countries have stipulated the sports physiology is a compulsory course for physical education teachers and full-time coaches, and strict requirements of sports teachers and coaches must pass on the knowledge of sports physiology into daily teaching practice. It is of great importance to apply the principles of physical exercise to the teaching of physical education in order to explore the effects of improving sports or training.
Abstract. Exercise skills and basic theory are the necessary professional foundation for college students majoring in physical education. The mastery of exercise skills and the study of theoretical knowledge are complementary processes. The basic theories originate from the practice of exercise, and the exercise of practice deepens the theoretical knowledge. "Exercise Physiology" is the compulsory basic theory course of PE major in colleges. The curriculum reform of colleges makes great changes in the proportion of this course during the course of study, and the duration of study decreases a lot when compared with that before the reform. How to ensure the integrity and systematicness of teaching contents within a limited number of teaching hours, so to adopt an effective teaching mode is an important issue that teachers should think about. This article aims at the teaching reform of sports physiology in colleges
Abstract. In order to improve flocculation activity of microbial flocculants in extreme environments, the resilience protective effect of compatible solute ectoine on the flocculation activity of flocculant was researched in this paper. Moderate halophilic bacterium Halomonas sp. B01 was isolated, screened and identified from the sediment of a saltern pool. The strain could synthesize flocculant and compatible solute ectoine simultaneously which were partially excreted into the fermentation broth during a fermentation process in this paper. The optimal conditions of flocculation activity by Halomonas sp. B01 flocculant were NaCl 30 g/L, 30 °C and pH 8. Ectoine had significant protective effects of resilience to extracted and purified flocculant in the high salt, high temperatures and alkaline environment. By applying Flocculant/Ectoine co-production fermentation broth by Halomonas sp. B01, the purification treatment of the desulfurized wastewater discharged from the seawater magnesia wet flue gas desulfurization was investigated, the results showed that the removal rate of solid content, turbidity and colority were 91.1%, 90.5% and 71.4%, respectively. The Flocculant/Ectoine co-production fermentation broth by Halomonas sp. B01 had significant effect of purification treatment to the desulfurized wastewater discharged from the seawater magnesia wet flue gas desulfurization.
ObjectiveHigh altitude hypoxic environment has a certain negative impact on physical fitness of adolescents. We aimed to understand the physical fitness status of Tibetan adolescents in different high‐altitude areas in Tibet, China.MethodsPhysical fitness items, such as grip strength, standing long jump, sit and reach, 50 m dash, 1000 m run for boys, and 800 m run for girls were tested on 3806 Tibetan adolescents by using stratified whole group sampling method in class units. The mean age of the participants was (15.51 ± 1.69) years for Tibetan males and (15.54 ± 1.69) years for females. One‐way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and other methods were used to make cross‐sectional comparisons of physical fitness performance of Chinese Tibetan adolescents in different high‐altitude regions.ResultsThe standing long jump scores of boys (203.37 ± 28.36) were higher than that of girls (152.97 ± 19.46) and the lowest standing long jump scores of adolescents in Shigatse region (166.39 ± 35.04). The highest level of sit and reach was found among boys (10.69 ± 5.34) in Nyingchi and the lowest level of sit and reach was found among girls (8.42 ± 5.84) in Shigatse. Shigatse region adolescents had the lowest performance in 50 m dash (9.09 ± 1.72) while the best performance in 1000 m run (266.23 ± 35.82) and 800 m run (245.40 ± 27.92).ConclusionThere is variability in the physical fitness of Tibetan adolescents in different high‐altitude regions of Tibet, China. Targeted physical fitness interventions should be carried out for Tibetan adolescents in different high‐altitude regions. The focus should be on improving the endurance quality of Tibetan adolescents in Lhasa and the lower limb muscle strength, flexibility, and speed quality of adolescents in Shigatse.
