By means of the raw material grading the porous permeable material was prepared with the electrofused corundum with the porcelain PFL-1 bond. The samples with improved properties were obtained when introducing in the mass of 5 weigh percent of porcelain bond (above 100 % of the fller) after the burning at 1450 оC. Their ultimate strength at bending was 14,6 MPa, the open porosity was 44 % and the gas permeability factor was 0,85 micron2. Ref. 10. Tab. 3.
Fine REE-ferrite powders were obtained by wet burning. The solid-phase synthesis of lanthanum -gadolinium ferrite was studied. It was shown that the desired phase can be obtained at temperatures to 750°C. Firing regimes making it possible to obtain REE-ferrite based ceramic with low open porosity and relative density to 99% of the theoretical value were found.
Получены пористые проницаемые материалы из электроплавленого корунда дисперсностью 2-3 и 0,5 мм со связкой из фарфоровой массы. Соотношения в наполнителе фракций 2-3 и 0,5 мм: 0/95, 35/60, 40/55, 45/50, 50/45 и 95/0. Образцы прессовали под давлением 25, 50 и 100 МПа и обжигали при 1350 и 1450 °С. Предел прочности при изгибе спеченных образцов от 1,9 до 15,3 МПа, открытая пористость от 17 до 26 %, коэффициент газопроницаемости монофракционных составов от 1,19 до 3,27 мкм 2 , двухфракционных от 0,21 до 3,01 мкм 2. Полученная пористая проницаемая керамика перспективна для использования в виде фильтров и подложек керамических мембран.
