HO and SRC's where the nuclei 24 Mg, 28 Si and 32 S are treated as Id shell nuclei, while case HO-f-SRC* is the same as case HO+SRC but now the above nuclei are treated as ld-2s shell nuclei. The effect of the SRC's on the CFF and MD at the high momentum transfers (q > 2 fm" 1 ) and the high-momentum component (k > 2 fm _1 ), respectively is examined. There is experimental evidence for the departure of the mean field description of the CFF and MD in those regions of the momentum and thus theoretical approaches, which take into account SRC's due to the character of the nucléon-nucléon forces at small distances, are necessary to be developed. In addition, two other cluster expansions, named FAHT and LOA, are applied and compared to the one-body characteristics of s-p and s-d shell nuclei. The FAHT expansion is truncated at the two-body terms and the LOA is truncated at the two-body terms including also a part of the three-body term. Jastrow type correlation functions are used as in the case of FIY expansion. The comparison of the three truncated expansions can be made, by comparing the χ 2
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
