The article presents the results of the study of the impact of living standards on the health of children and adolescents according to the Federal Information Fund of social and hygienic monitoring. The dy-namics of morbidity of children and adolescents with socially significant and the main classes of diseases is shown. The indicators of the Federal information Fund for social and hygienic monitoring show an overall picture of the primary incidence of children aged 0 to 14 years, and adolescents from 15 to 17 years, including socially significant and the main classes of diseases without taking into account the principles of age periodization and do not allow to identify the characteristics of the incidence of children and adolescents of different age groups. The higher the subsistence level, the higher the incidence of childhood obesity; the lower the percentage of people with incomes below the subsistence level, the higher the incidence of obesity among children and adolescents. The incidence of obesity in adolescents (as a less sensitive group) did not have a significant impact on the subsistence minimum. The socio-economic sit-uation of the regions affects the behavior and morbidity of children and adolescents: the higher the sub-sistence level, the higher the incidence of obesity in children and the proportion of children and adoles-cents with reduced visual acuity.
