Health status of the younger generation in Russia is of particular relevance, since it is this period that forms the development potential of future generations.Objective. To study and analyze regional features of the incidence rates of the adolescent population in Russia.Material and methods. The authors have used various literature sources, statistical reports; the method of studying and generalizing experience. For the statistical analysis of the morbidity dynamics they used the indicators of absolute and relative growth, they assessed the chain and basic growth rates. Also the authors generalized the characteristic of the incidence dynamics by means of regression analysis.Results. The paper provides a detailed analysis of the incidence of the adolescent population in the Russian Federation in 2012–2018. It describes the dynamics and structure of both primary and general morbidity, identifies classes of diseases with a stable trend of growth, and compares with similar indicators in other countries; the authors analyze the regional characteristics of the incidence of adolescents; compare the level of morbidity in the Russian Federation for all classes of diseases.Conclusion. The authors revealed classes of diseases, characterized by a stable increase in indicators of both primary and general morbidity: neoplasms, endocrine diseases (obesity), eye diseases, injuries. Thus, the article identifies the directions for the health care system that require special attention and development of specific measures to reduce the level of these diseases. The results of the study demonstrate a low medical activity of adolescents, which should be taken into account when developing a set of measures aimed at increasing the coverage of adolescents with medical examinations.
Introduction. The spread of obesity in the world is currently a severe problem. WHO considered it possible to view obesity a “non-communicable epidemic of the XXI century.” Obesity in the adolescent generation is a determining factor in the development of diseases in adulthood. The paper analyzes the prevalence of adolescent obesity in the Russian Federation as a whole and the regions of the Federation and various countries of the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the prevalence of obesity in adolescents and assess the dynamics of the spread of this disease in Russia and the world, as well as factors affecting it and issues of prevention of this pathology. Methods. The authors used analytical and statistical methods and performed the study and generalization of experience and comparative analysis. This study was retrospective and was conducted using statistical data from the Rosstat database and who databases. Histograms were used to illustrate rank distributions and dynamics of indicators. Calculated growth coefficients and chain and basic growth rates were used as statistical indices of disease dynamics. Results. The paper deals with the dynamics of adolescent obesity in the world and the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the factors that affect obesity and issues of prevention of this pathology and determine the need to take urgent preventive measures to reduce the incidence of obesity. Conclusion. The spread of obesity globally, which is already close to an epidemic, is a severe problem. Obesity in adolescents is the leading risk factor for developing obesity in adulthood. In this way, the state can create conditions that will help contain and possibly reduce the increase in the incidence of adolescent obesity.

The purpose of this study was to study the attitude of citizens to the existing system, as well as to identify the strengths and weaknesses of preferential security. The main research methods were: the method of studying and generalizing experience; comparative analysis; sociological survey; statistical. According to the presented data, the distribution of answers to questions is determined in % depending on the total number of respondents, including in the dynamics for the analyzed period (2019-2021). This study served as a tool for studying the key problems in obtaining preferential medicines (waiting times for a doctor to issue a prescription, the absence of a prescription in a pharmacy, the refusal of a doctor to issue medicines, etc.). Thus, the results of the conducted sociological survey showed that the LAW system plays a significant role in the structure of healthcare. At the same time, first of all, it is necessary to carry out additional work with various age groups of the popu- lation in the framework of providing information about the possibilities of the additional preferential security system.

In the course of the research, such methods as: sociological, study and generalization of experience, analytical, methods of descriptive statistics were used. The results of the sociological study indicate the need for additional work to improve the availability and quality of LLR and the level of awareness of patients about the system of drug reimbursement. The obtained data can be used for health management bodies at various hierarchical levels, confirm the special social significance of solving this problem and the need to introduce preventive measures to involve patients in healthy lifestyle, increase public confidence in domestic drugs.
