Competition in the field of logistics and individual transport services requires the constant analysis of logistics chains and their individual links. Given analysis enables implementation of new approaches to logistics companies and networks trade marketing in the offtake of certain types of goods. Industrial and commercial enterprises have to expand their trade and economic relations with other regions with the aim to provide the necessary sales volumes in the domestic market of regions and to go beyond it. Integration of the country's economy and the free trade policy orientation greatly simplify the task of establishing the free trade and economic relations between producers and consumers. However, there is a question of how quickly and efficiently; with minimal logistics costs, the goods at the right region of the customer should be delivered. The experiment on a one-storey closed warehouse No 3 of Brovary "UVK Ukraine", where a process of the crossdocking warehousing, with subsorting from a warehouse, has been conducted. The warehouse mainly works on trading networks. The loading of the warehouse has been performed with the input flow intensity within (12.3 ... 23.56 (t/h)). During the experiment, the number gain of loading and unloading machines (Electrostacks Reath Track OMG NEOS LAT 3.0) a pcs in the process of unloading, loading and moving consignments, has been examined. In addition, the increasing number of workers employed in non-mechanized forms of work, such as receiving and stacking cargo in the reception area (moving the relevant consignments to designated areas of the reception area and its arrangement), which in total is an increase of 4 employees in the technological process of the warehouse operation, has been investigated during the experiment. The growing of labor and mechanized resources makes it possible to better organize the work of the warehouse, reduce total costs and increase cargo output flow. Conducting the process of warehouse work optimization on the formed technology and corresponding labor and mechanized resources caused an increase of its efficiency. It has been found that the optimal values of intensity of the incoming cargo flow will be 17.93 (t/h); the number of employees engaged in non-mechanized labor - 12 workers, and loading and unloading machines - 3 (pcs). Under such conditions, the warehouse functioning according to the desirability level will reach value 0.792. In this case, the cost value of warehouse work is 181.07 US$/h and cargo output flow intensity is 10.23 (t/h). Results of experimental studies have shown that implementation of the proposed method of increasing the efficiency of warehouse work, based on the company "UVK Ukraine" may, on average, achieve a total cost reduction of 17.2% and an increase in output flow by 34.6% and the input flow by 10.3%.
Existing control systems of sowing machines are intricate and not reliable enough. In these systems, devices are connected by a variety of signal and power wires. This leads to a "problem of interfaces" and a decrease in the efficiency of the control process. The solution to this problem is based on the mechatronic approach or combining elements and control units into mechatronic modules. They are characterized by reliability, compact design and lower cost. The improvement of functional and structural integration of the control system components by their integration into the mechatronic module is considered. The module of regulation of seeding rate on the basis of software and hardware platform Arduino is developed. The work of the proposed control system when changing the seeding rate in the seeding system is studied.
Проведеними дослідженнями формування раціонального складу трибологічно активної добавки до базової оливи показана можливість покращення характеристик трибосистем. Виявлено, що дана трибологічно активна добавка дає можливість формувати трибологічні властивості, що забезпечують нормальні умови експлуатації спряжень деталей трибосистеми. На основі оптимізації технічного стану трибологічно активної добавки отримано раціональні значення кожного з її складових. Оптимізацію проведено за умов, що величина зношування повинна прямувати до мінімуму, а критичне навантаження та навантажування зварювання-до максимуму. На основі експериментальної бази даних на чотирикульковій машині тертя отримано рівняння для кожної з функцій відгуку результуючих ознак. Отриманні регресійні рівняння та значення функції бажаності порядку 0,698 дали можливість визначити склад трибологічно активної добавки: метакаолін, дисперсійний порошок глини з Катеринівського родовища, олеат натрію, гідрооксид літію та сірки. Встановлено, що при використанні отриманої трибологічної активної добавки в лабораторних умовах зафіксовано зменшення зношування зразків на 26,8 %, збільшення критичного навантаження на 17,2 %, збільшення навантажування зварювання на 4,89 %. Аналіз експериментальних даних свідчить, що пропоновану трибологічно активну добавку можливо експлуатувати при локальному контактному навантажуванні в контакті до 1078 Н та при піковому перенавантажуванні до 2372 Н. Результати досліджень дають підстави стверджувати, що пропонована трибологічно активна добавка дає можливість покращити характеристики трибосистем. Studies of the formation of the optimal composition of Tribological additives to the base oil have shown the possibility of improving the characteristics of the tribosystem. It was revealed that this Tribological additive makes it possible to form functional surface layers that provide normal operating conditions for tribological conjugation of parts. Based on the optimization of the technical condition of the Tribological additives, the optimal values of each of its components are obtained. Optimization of the condition provided that the amount of wear should tend to a minimum, and the maximum load and loading of the weld should tend to a maximum. Based on the experimental database on the 4ball friction machine, an equation is obtained for each of the indicated response functions of the resulting features, based on which, with a desirability value of the order of 1.0, the composition of Tribological additives is obtained: from Katerynivka Friction geo modifiers; Sodium oleate, copper sulfate and phosphor TAT 33. It was found that the adding of TM-3-18k into the oil Tribological additives in the amount of 5.75 % under laboratory conditions can reduce the wear rate by 35.1 -35.5 %, the maximum load also increases by 17.1 -17.2 %, and the welding load increases by 5.3 -8.4 %. The analysis of experimental data shows that this Tribological additive can be operated at locally loaded parts of 1035 N, and the peak contact overload is up to 2385 N. The research results suggest that the proposed Tribological supplement makes it possible to improve the characteristics of the tribosystem. It can be useful to service and trucking enterprises during technical service and for the manufacturing of composite oil.
