Описаны основные этапы и методики моделирования.

Ceramics based on calcium phosphates are very promising materials for implantology due to the chemical similarity between ceramics and bone tissue. Bioceramics based on calcium orthophosphate have been clinically tested in many medical organizations. Bone implants have been used for healing craniofacial skeletal defects, the locomotor apparatus, and for dental prosthetic reha bilitation [1].Bioceramic coating based on calcium orthophos phate is widely used in medicine [2,3]. Metal coated with calcium orthophosphate is sufficiently strong and is com patible with biological tissues.Plasma coating is the optimal method of bioceramic coating of intraosseous implants [4].According to X ray diffraction analysis, IR spec troscopy, and chemical analysis, plasma coating of HA ceramics produces layered structures with different crys tallographic composition of outer and inner layers. This structure has an effect on the stability of ceramic materi als. СаО, α,β tricalcium phosphates, and tetracalcium phosphates modify resorption rate [5].Properties of bioceramics depend on coating meth ods. In spite of the long history of bioceramics based on Ca orthophosphate, the properties of the material are still insufficiently understood [6 8].In this work coating based on electroplasma of hydroxyapatite (HA) powder of different granular size (Δ = 40, 70, and 90 μm) was studied. The HA material was of synthetic or biological origin. Typical structures and spectral bands of the phosphorus oxides were identi fied. The morphology and elemental composition of the coating was tested. Ceramic and glass ceramic substrates were coated. MethodsSynthetic hydroxyapatite powders (HA 1) VFS 42 2378 94 (ASTM 1185 80) with particle size 40, 70, and 90 μm and biological (HA 2) materials were used. HA was coated without a sublayer, and titanium was coated with a sublayer of PTS powder (TU14 1 3086 80) of dis persity 90 μm. The powder was preliminarily dried at 1000°С for 30 min. Titanium substrates ВТ1 00 (GOST 19807 74) (8 × 8 mm, 2 mm thickness) were used. The substrates were treated using corundum powder with particle size 200 500 μm, washed, and delipidated in a PSB GALS ultrasonic bath (Russia) with ethanol. Polycore and glass ceramic substrates are superior to titanium substrates in terms of cross sectional proper ties.The coating was applied using plasma evaporation of titanium and hydroxyapatite powder in air using a VRES 744.3227.001 semiautomatic apparatus. Argon flow rate was 5 7 and 40 50 liter/min. Titanium and HA were evaporated at 500 A, voltage 30 V, the distance for titani um being 120 mm at that for HA being 90 mm. The tita nium was fed using an eddy feeder, and the HA was fed using an E1974 injection feeder [9].IR spectra were determined using a Perkin Elmer Spectrum One spectrometer (USA) within the range The structure of the bioceramic coatings obtained by plasma spraying of hydroxyapatites (HA) of synthetic and biological origins was studied.
