The paper includes the development analysis for digital representation of objects and processes in the field of production. Authors pay special attention to a description of digital twins (DT) as a key element in a structure of digital transformation tools for production management. The narration covers creation of DT and their groups with known techniques for entity conceptual simulation. There are the new approaches shown as to pressing problems in the comprehensive assessment of a state and administration of production facility’s functioning using digital twins. The considered approaches relate to the comprehensive assessment of an object’s state at any time (in the past, present, future) throughout its life cycle. Authors show that to solve tasks in digital transformation of production processes and management of complex industrial facilities, it makes sense to use the indicators proposed in the paper: system’s internal propensity towards conflicts, its update potential and remaining lifetime. Besides, they conclude that a qualitative analysis of a real entity’s behaviour and its control based on the DT model involve collection and accumulation of all of the available historical data about it, which, in turn, necessitates the creation of special-purpose software for big data processing that support the multidimensional temporal model for organisation of integrated information storages.
В статье рассматривается проблема баланса уровня функциональных возможностей автоматизированных систем сбора и обработки данных (АССОД) с ее потенциалом. Для решения проблемы предлагается разработка количественной меры указанных процессов, встроенной в состав средств контроля и управления функционированием АССОД. Описывается методика вычисления модельных значений показателя внутренней конфликтности (ПВК), применяемого в качестве количественной меры текущего уровня и потенциала АССОД. Методика основана на модели конкуренции внутренних процессов АССОД за ресурсы, допускающие совместное использование. В качестве ПВК выбирается векторный показатель, включающий вероятность нахождения системы в состоянии конфликта, частоту возникновения конфликтов на интервале функционирования системы, среднее время нахождения системы в конфликтном состоянии. Конфликтующие процессы рассматриваются как системы массового обслуживания (СМО), обрабатывающие потоки запросов к общим ресурсам. Допущения о простейшем типе потоков заявок и о показательном распределении времени их обслуживания позволяют считать процессы, протекающие в конкурирующих СМО, марковскими, давая возможность использовать уравнения Эрланга для установившегося режима. Для нахождения характеристик векторного показателя использованы результаты, полученные в теории импульсных потоков для совпадающих импульсных последовательностей. Приводится решение задачи вычисления показателей конфликтности для случая конкуренции двух сторон, обобщаемое на более сложный случай. Делается вывод, что ПВК может быть использован для сравнительного анализа качества нескольких АССОД, а именно при прочих равных характеристиках лучшим качеством будет обладать система, имеющая меньшее значение показателя внутренней конфликтности.
In this article, the subject of research is the sub-process of controlling the assignment of requisites to the electronic document of the process of registration and preparation of completed electronic documents for transfer to archival storage in the electronic document management system. The aim of the research is to develop a method for automatic control of the assignment of details to a completed electronic document. In the course of the study, the requirements of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies in the field of office work and archiving were analyzed, in terms of the registration of electronic files and their preparation for transfer to archival storage, scientific publications covering the issues of automation of office work in electronic office systems. A functional model was built for the process of control of registration and preparation for the delivery of electronic files for archival storage using the IDEF 0 methodology in a model for performing the sub-process of assigning details to a completed electronic document of the process of controlling registration and preparation for the delivery of electronic documents using the theory of logic (predicate logic). A method has been developed for automatic control of the assignment of requisites to a completed electronic case, which can be used in the design of advanced electronic document management systems, as well as modernization of existing ones by creating software modules that implement the functions of automatic control of the registration of completed electronic cases. This method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process of preparing completed electronic files for transfer to archival storage.
In this article, simulation modeling was carried out in the AnyLogic system. A simulation model was created that simulates cardiovascular diseases in people depending on age. This model can be used for statistical diagnostics and identification of risk groups for diseases of the cardiovascular system and in the future will allow taking the necessary measures to prevent and reduce the likelihood of these diseases in people at risk.
Problem statement. The rationale for confidentiality requirements in the process of manufacturing and production testing of aviation equipment samples. There is a need to assess the effectiveness of measures to prevent information leakage through the channels of incidental electromagnetic radiation and interference and vibroacoustic channels. This situation is characteristic both for the technological equipment of the aviation industry enterprises and the equipment of the produced aircraft models.Objective. The rationale for developing the existing concept of assessing the relevance of the threats of information leakage through technical channels in the current trends of improving technical reconnaissance.Results. The article presents the analysis results of the existing regulatory and existing base of FSTEC Russia for sufficient assessment of measures to prevent information leakage through the channels of incidental electromagnetic radiation and interference and vibroacoustic channels at the enterprises of the aircraft industry in the implementation of production technologies and testing of manufactured products.Practical implications. The substantiated directions of improving the methodological basis for determining the current threats can be used in the development of methods and models for assessment of measures to prevent information leakage through the channels of electromagnetic emissions and interference and vibroacoustic channels at aircraft industry enterprises in the implementation of production technologies and testing of manufactured products.
