The study is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the training methods for the athletes and officers of the security forces to improve the effectiveness of kicks. Nevertheless, the analysis of the scientific literature showed that the existing methods of sports training of boxers kick boxers, etc. does not allow you to achieve the necessary impact force. The authors recommend using different methods of intensive functional training based on crossfit to increase the impact strength. The conducted researches have shown that the use of crossfit means allows to increase the force of kicks significantly and reliably performed by hands and legs by the cadets studying in the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. We determined that the strength of a direct kick with the right and left hand to the head increased significantly. A significant increase in the strength of the kick is noted when performing a side kick with the right leg to the head. Meanwhile, the authors recommend using the methods of intensive functional training crossfit in the training activities of the athletes practicing the martial arts, police and military servicemen.
Russian universities switched to distance students learning for before the global pandemic threat. Physical education departments are also required to provide students with distance learning opportunities. The organization of high-quality distance learning in physical education of students is not an easy task for most Russian universities. The purpose of the research-analysis of the level of effectiveness of using distance learning methods in the physical education of students in self-isolation during the COVID-19. Effectiveness criteria of distance learning: the quantity, quality and speed of completion of distance tasks. The research participants-347 students. The research period-30 days. It was revealed that medical students have a significant (Р<0.05) advantage in the speed and number of completed distance tasks. Humanities and technical students have lower scores. The completed tasks quality is evaluated moderate scores. Can be explained moderate and low scores by the lack of students' motivation to perform distance learning tasks. Dissatisfaction of the majority of students with a large academic workload and lack of motor training sessions was revealed. Improving the quality of distance learning of physical education of students is necessary. Students want to reduce the number of theoretical tasks and more motor training sessions use.
The goal of the article is to discuss the pressing concern and to improve the quality of physical training of future law enforcement and police officers. Statistics show a significant increase in the rate of attacks, including gunmen and criminal attacks, on law enforcement agencies. Moreover, police officers and other Special Forces units should have the perfect fighting combat manoeuvres and skills to protect themselves from silent and automatic weapons to have a successful response to armed criminals. Some studies show that the alert level of a significant portion of law enforcement officers who are ready for the efficient use of fighting combat manoeuvres is not sufficiently high. The fighting combat manoeuvres include submission hold, submission lock, grabs and throws. In addition, significant weaknesses of the current teaching methods of fighting combat manoeuvres of future police officers are revealed. Furthermore, there are disadvantages of the functional teaching methods of the fighting combat manoeuvres, submission hold and submission lock, of future police officers. Unfortunately, the disadvantages are the significant prevalence of studying striking techniques not takedowns (submission hold and submission lock) during the training of cadets and a substantial lack of time devoted to studying the techniques of effective actions by police officers during the ground fight.
Purpose. To make a comparative analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of physical exercises in a technical university and departmental university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Material and methods. The study involved male students (1 functional group of health) of the Irkutsk National Research Technical University (Russia, n = 1380) and cadets of the East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Russia, n = 762). Cadets studied at 1, 2 and 3 courses. The characteristics of physical preparation and the functional condition of students and cadets were analyzed. Results. During the training period, most indicators of cadets' physical preparation significantly exceed their values in students. This is due to the preliminary selection of candidates for training in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It is also associated with a expressed training orientation of the process of physical preparation. The dynamics of the values of the indicators of the functional condition of the body of cadets is characterized by a high price of adaptation to physical activity. This can lead to the occurrence of pre-pathological conditions and pathological processes of the cardiovascular system. Conclusions. The dynamics of the values of indicators of physical preparation of students and cadets cannot be the only objective criterion for the effectiveness of the system of their physical education. For its full assessment, it is necessary to analyze the parameters of the functional condition of the body, characterizing the reaction to physical activity. Cadets have a great adaptation to physical activity. In this case, it cannot be concluded that the physical training of cadets is more effective.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
