Гигантская остроконечная кондилома, также известная как опухоль Бушке – Лёвенштейна, представляет собой редкое заболевание. Хотя его злокачественный потенциал ограничен, опухоль характеризуется агрессивным локальным ростом с экспансией и разрушением окружающих тканей, что приводит к сложным терапевтическим проблемам и ухудшает качество жизни пациентов. В статье представлены общие сведения о данном заболевании и описан клинический случай локально распространенной опухоли Бушке – Лёвенштейна вульвы у пациентки с ВИЧ-положительным статусом, которая была успешно пролечена хирургическим способом на фоне применения высокоактивной антиретровирусной терапии. Giant condyloma acuminata, also known as Buschke – Löwenstein tumor, is a rare disease. Although its malignant potential is limited, the tumor is characterized by aggressive local growth with expansion and destruction of surrounding tissues, which leads to complex therapeutic problems and worsens the quality of life of patients. The article presents general information about this disease and describes a clinical case of a locally advanced Buschke – Lowenstein tumor of the vulva in an HIV-positive patient who was successfully treated surgically against the background of highly active antiretroviral therapy.
