The concepts of new industrialization based on the evolutionary model of the fourth industrial revolution are studied in the article; the term "new industrialization" is clarified, the innovative activity of Russian regions is analyzed; thus, based on the aspects above, the directions of structural reforms that will ensure the activation of new industrialization processes formation in the economic space of the Urals macro-region are highlighted. For this reason the authors consider the main development vectors formation of the new industrial sector to proceed according to the regional requirements of life standards. It involves the application of system approach principle, basing on the new industrialization concept as a social and economic category. It is also proved that enterprises should actively implement self-learning management systems based on artificial intellect, thereby increasing both financial and reputational management efficiency. An example of self-learning systems scheme that can dynamically manage their internal processes basing on a flexible assessment of their effectiveness is illustrated.
В статье проводится анализ диссертационных исследований по истории организации музейного дела в отдельно взятых регионах, определены основные направления исследований в данной научной области: развитие профильных музеев и конкретных музеев в регионах, формирование музейных коллекций, роль музея в развитии региона и в воспитании подрастающего поколения. Исследование истории музейного дела с позиций административно-географических регионов и временных рамок позволило выделить регионы, в которых история музейного строительства изучена недостаточно (это север и юг европейской России), определить, что наиболее изученными являются период XIX -начала XX века и вторая половина XX века, недостаточно научных работ, восстанавливающих картину музейного строительства отдельного региона за длительный временной промежуток: с XVII-XIX вв. до начала XXI в. The study of the history of museums from the standpoint of administrative and geographic regions and time frames allowed us to identify regions in which the history of the Museum building is insuffi ciently studied (the North and the South of European Russia), to determine what are the best studied period of XIX -beginning of XX century and the second half of the twentieth century, not enough scientifi c papers to reinstate a picture of Museum construction of a particular region over a long time period: from the XVII-XIX centuries before the beginning of the XXI century. Consideration of the historiography on the subject of Museum construction in Simbirsk-Ulyanovsk region allows to confi rm the lack of knowledge of the topic and to focus on her research.
