Given the military actions that increase economic and financial threats in Ukraine, one of the main tasks for ensuring the stable functioning of the banking system is to ensure the liquidity of the bank. Successful implementation of this issue depends on an efficient, systematic, comprehensive assessment of liquidity indicators in order to make effective management decisions to balance the bank's assets and liabilities by terms and amounts. The world practice has developed a powerful toolkit for assessing bank liquidity, while the challenges of today require diversification of approaches to addressing this issue.The purpose of the article is to define the theoretical essence and practical component of bank liquidity, which makes it possible to more thoroughly determine the areas of analysis and evaluation, as well as to apply taxonomic analysis to determine the level of bank liquidity.Based on the study of scientific approaches, the author has formed her own interpretation of the category of "bank liquidity". It is proposed to analyze and evaluate the bank's liquidity on the basis of the formed system of indicators, which includes regulatory indicators from the regulator. The state of liquidity of the banking system of Ukraine is studied, which allows a comprehensive assessment of the factors influencing the liquidity of a bank as a structural element. On the example of JSC CB Raiffeisen Bank, the liquidity analysis was carried out using a system of indicators, and shortcomings in the bank's work were identified. For a more in-depth study on the example of the bank, a taxonomic analysis was carried out to determine the level of liquidity of JSC CB "Raiffeisen Bank".Based on the analysis and assessment of the liquidity of the systemically important bank and the domestic banking system, a surplus was identified. This trend is not positive for the potential development of Ukraine's economy and also reduces the level of profit in the context of a single bank. The taxonomic analysis makes it possible to further predict the development of the integral liquidity indicator, which contributes to the formation of an effective management policy.
В статье предпринята попытка описания опыта организации исправления несовершеннолетних осужденных в 1960-х гг. в отечественных пенитенциарных учреждениях. Реализация воспитательной работы осуществлялась на основе комплекса воспитательно-трудовой деятельности. В статье подробно рассмотрена организация учебно-воспитательного процесса в учебных мастерских, которые выступали основной формой исправительного воздействия, направленного на несовершеннолетних осужденных. Обозначены проблемы профессионального обучения осужденных в трудовых колониях. Авторы статьи попытались представить целостную картину функционирования механизма получения несовершеннолетними осужденными в трудовых колониях профессионального образования как комплекса воспитательных и учебных мероприятий. Обозначена роль профессионального обучения в 1960-х гг. как средства исправления несовершеннолетних осужденных, что нашло свое отражение в действующих нормативных правовых документах Российской Федерации. Описаны меры государственного регулирования данного процесса, в результате чего практически все осужденные на момент освобождения из исправительного учреждения получали необходимые навыки социализации, которые могли применить после освобождения. Большой интерес для организации учебного процесса в воспитательных колониях вызывает анализ представленных в статье средств, методов и форм обучения в трудовых колониях. В качестве педагогической новеллы рассматривается самостоятельная работа по специальной подготовке, которая оптимизировала весь процесс освоения профессии и определяла мотивацию к дальнейшему обучению, к саморазвитию. Авторами статьи предлагается вывод о том, что в основной массе исправительные учреждения 1960-х гг. для заключения несовершеннолетних осужденных представлены трудовыми колониями, в которых они, в первую очередь, подвергались воспитательному воздействию в процессе обучения специальностям и трудовой деятельности, организованной в соответствии с высокими требованиями к качеству результатов этой деятельности. The article attempts to describe the experience of organizing the correction of juvenile offenders in the 1960s in domestic penitentiary institutions. The implementation of educational work was carried out on the basis of a complex of educational and labor activities. The article considers in detail the organization of the educational process in the training workshops, which were the main form of correctional influence aimed at juvenile offenders. The problems associated with the stay of convicts in labor colonies during vocational training are identified. The authors of the article tried to present a complete picture of the functioning of the mechanism for obtaining vocational education by minors convicted in labor colonies as a complex of educational and training activities. The role of vocational training in the 1960s as a means of correcting juvenile offenders is outlined, which is reflected in the current regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation. The measures of state regulation of this process are described, as a result of which almost all convicts at the time of release from a correctional institution received the necessary socialization skills that could apply them after release. Of great interest for the organization of the educational process in educational colonies is the analysis of the means, methods and forms of training presented in the article in labor colonies. As a pedagogical novel, we consider independent work on special training, which optimized the entire process of mastering the profession and determined the motivation for further training, for self-development. The authors of the article suggest that the majority of correctional institutions of the 1960s for the detention of juvenile offenders are represented by labor colonies, in which they, first of all, were subjected to educational influence in the process of training in specialties and labor activities organized in accordance with high requirements for the quality of the results of this activity.
In this article we consider the method of constructive parameters calculation of the elastic elements, which are used in electrical connectors of flexible printed cables. Electrical connectors characterized by the fact that the contact pair is needed to provide pressure. It is also important to know the optimum ratio between stability of the contact connection and the necessary value of the transition resistance. These ratios are studied sufficiently for discrete electrical connectors, however for connectors of flexible printed cables this theme is not explored enough. The purpose of this work is to develop methods that will allow to carry out calculations for elastic elements, which provide communication, and to determine the size of case elements for electrical connectors. We consider two types of connectors. First are removable electrical connections where it is necessary to find a compromise between the resistance value and the separating (engaging) force. Second are permanent connections, where counts only the value of the transition resistance. For the first type of connectors were considered a simple form of the liner, in the shape of a rubber block, as in this case, the pressure should be created only by the compression of the liner and fixing it. It is important to get accurate results of the pressure calculation for removable electrical connections, because in this case we consider especial shape of elastomeric liner, which allows to create the pressure not only by compression of the liner, but by deformation it as a spring. For this task, the engaging force was specified on the basis of already known facts. It was important to set the amount of deformation that defines the shape and size of the liner and the case. We solved the problem of transition from the units of measuring hardness, specified in the technical specifications of rubber, to the value of the Young's modulus used in the calculations of constructive parameters of connectors. We got an analytic dependence that can be used to find the Young's modulus for a known value of hardness on a scale Shore A. We gave examples of the amount of compression calculation in the elastomeric liner to provide a reliable contact for specified values of the transition resistance for the removable and permanent connectors based on flexible printed cable.
В статье рассматриваются актуальность и проблемы планирования воспитательной работы с несовершеннолетними осужденными в трудовых колониях 1960-х годов. Акцентируется внимание на решении главных задач - воспитании и исправлении нравственно запущенных несовершеннолетних правонарушителей. Особое внимание уделено внеклассной и внешкольной работе учителей и мастеров с воспитанниками, производственной деятельности подростков, их занятиям в технических и художественных кружках под руководством наставников. Представлены основные разделы плана воспитательной работы, учитывающие укрепление дисциплины среди несовершеннолетних, предотвращение происшествий и аморальных проявлений. Дан анализ формам политико-воспитательной работы (политические занятия, политинформации, беседы, доклады, лекции, читательские конференции, диспуты, устные журналы, организованное чтение газет и журналов, прослушивание радиопередач, выпуск стенгазет, просмотр кинофильмов и телепередач, оформление наглядной агитации). Отражена специфика организации учебно-воспитательного процесса в воспитательных колониях с учетом уголовно-исполнительного законодательства Российской Федерации. В заключение приводятся результаты анализа характерных недостатков при планировании воспитательной работы в трудовых колониях для несовершеннолетних в 1960-х годах. In the article the author discusses the relevance and problems of planning educational work with juvenile convicts in labor colonies in the 1960s. Attention is focused on solving the main tasks - the education and correction of morally neglected juvenile offenders. Particular attention is paid to extra-curricular and out-of-school work of teachers and craftsmen with pupils, the production activities of adolescents, their studies in technical and artistic circles under the guidance of mentors. The main sections of the plan of educational work are presented, taking into account the strengthening of discipline among minors, the prevention of accidents and immoral manifestations. An analysis is given of the forms of political and educational work (political studies, political information, conversations, reports, lectures, reader's conferences, debates, oral journals, organized reading of newspapers and magazines, listening to radio broadcasts, publishing wall newspapers, watching films and television programs, designing visual agitation). The specificity of the organization of the educational process in educational colonies is reflected, taking into account the criminal executive legislation of the Russian Federation. In conclusion, the results of the analysis of characteristic shortcomings in the planning of educational work in labor colonies for minors in the 1960s are presented.
Currently for many domestic facilities the issue of shortage of workers has become topical. It seems that this problem can be partially solved by able-bodied citizens who are in places of detention. It is noted that a large number of convicts do not have a secondary education as well as a profession or specialty. In this regard the authors analyzed the most relevant areas of the educational process in correctional institutions in order to identify the conditions for the professional self-determination of convicts and their basic preparation for the development of working professions. In the context of the problem under consideration the main mechanism can be educational work carried out by prison staff with convicts, focused on a differentiated and integrated approach. The individual form of work will allow the convicts to form moral, physical and labor qualities to achieve material benefits through their education and work. It is important that for effective educational work from the initial stage of being in the quarantine unit, the convicted person must be given psychological support and outlined his future perspective in getting an education, choosing the working specialty. Attention is focused on building the necessary interaction with the employment service with the ability to find a job after being released from prison. The analysis of the regulatory literature regulating the organization of the educational process of convicts was carried out. The conclusion was made that the educational process in correctional institutions should be implemented taking into account the further improvement of educational and psychological work through effective interaction between the heads of the units, psychologists, school teachers and masters of vocational schools.
