The aim of the research is to analyze the modern trends and today's development stage of tourism industries in Russia and the EU (Cyprus and the Czech Republic). The article touches a vital topic of contemporary relations among touristic sphere representatives (national and local entrepreneurs), society (consumers), and governmental support (national and local authorities) through the prism of their relations. The authors consider fundamental macro-economic indicators of the tourism industry as an object of the research, whereas mathematical methods of forecasting in tourism studies are as a subject of the research. Besides, the authors underline the main directions of entrepreneurship support as a part of being a successful start-up, in our case, in the touristic industry. Furthermore, it is worth noting the characteristics of the tourism market and the peculiarities of its regulation. In the end, the collaborators have concluded by analyzing the fact that the government regulation of tourism is an effective means of stimulating investment activity, improving the quality of services provided, and solving social problems in terms of the real health of the nation. However, it is crucial to bear in mind that the main directions of state policy should be the stability and competitiveness of the tourist complex.
The aim of the research is to analyze the modern trends and today's development stage of social investments and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Russia. The article touches a vital topic of contemporary relations of the triada "state-business-society" in Russian public discourse. Considering the system approaches and development methodology of business and government relations, the authors try to summarize the accumulated experience in CSR and social investments field. It is worth noting that Russian scientists successfully carried out the subject of the research and the conceptual apparatus, defined and systematized public expectations, analyzed and summed up real experience of socially responsible Russian and foreign companies. The article shows an interesting phenomenon that in modern scientific community is forming and becomes stable a new institutional paradigm when CSR in the narrow sense goes beyond charity and philanthropy, and today it is expressed in a broad sense-as corporate citizenship, including some political dimensions. In this article the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the competitiveness of organizations is studied. Organizational atmosphere is considered as the main factor stimulating the growth of employees' productivity. The aim of this study is to analyze the competitive enterprises of the brewing industry on the Russian market, their financial performance and the organizational climate that prevails in the organizations, as well as to identify the interdependencies between these indicators. To analyse the psychological climate of the team such indicators as "salary rate", "management", "state of working place", "relation in collective", "career opportunities" and "job satisfaction" were used. "Profit", "net profit" and "revenue" of the companies were used for financial activity analysis. As a result of the analysis, a positive correlation between the presented indicators was revealed, which explains the interrelation of the financial performance of the companies and the organizational climate in them.
