The problem of operational calculation of machining content and labor intensity of manufacturing parts of a new nomenclature, mainly processed by cutting, at highly specialized machine-building enterprises when calculating the technical and economic indicators of the order is considered. The proposed estimation algorithm is based on the operational calculation of the machining content of cutting operations and the calculation of the reduced labor intensity of heat treatment operations, electroplating and lacquer coating, as well as locksmith and control operations.
The aims and tasks of the creating of digital twins of objects and processes have been considered. The aims and tasks of the development of the digital twin of the production and logistic system of the machine-building enterprise have been formulated. The structural model of the production and logistics system of digital twin has been offered and the data structure of the information model of the production and logistic system has been developed.
This paper shows the features of workflow distribution on workplaces on the technical process preparation stage of parts production and the operational and calendar planning stage. Also, the problem of workflow distribution on workplaces was formulated and the mechanism of its occurrence was described. An algorithm for managing the distribution of the volume of work by jobs at the stage of technological preparation of production was developed.
Рассматриваются проблемы безопасности и качества при изготовлении икры лососевых рыб «холодными тузлуками». Приведены результаты микробиологических исследований лососевой икры, изготовленной с использованием «холодных тузлуков» и кипячёным раствором поваренной соли.
