This paper describes methodology of disturbances formation from the road surface to predict durability of suspension elements and the supporting system of light commercial vehicles. This methodology is designed on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches. Classification of asphalt concrete roads is formed taking into account deterioration of the coverage. It gives models of the road profiles representing public roads. The synthesis method of sequences of ordinates of road profiles is based on the use of probabilistic characteristics of microprofile. It shows the measuring equipment to determine the road sections with different states of coverage by the length of the routes selected for the research. It presents the results of the selection and justification of the range of modes of motion reflecting the real operating conditions of vehicles in urban environments. The results are obtained by carrying out statistical studies of the traffic intensity on the selected routes using a web mapping service.
This paper presents the results of research on the use of the jet force action effect for physical and technical gases parameters monitoring systems and devices. Authors considered and proposed the impulse mode of physical and technical gases parameters control based on the jet force action effect, which provides high accuracy and sensitivity measurements, and presented possible control devices based on the use the impulse mode of physical and technical gases parameters control: the density sensor used for single-component gases parameters control and the sealing capacity control sensor used for binary mixtures parameters control. For each device were determined static characteristics and the physical, technical and design parameters, which ensure a high level of sensors accuracy and sensitivity.
The paper considers issues of design and development of pneumoelectric controllers based on compensation of the jet power action pneumatic moment by the magnetoelectric moment. The main controller elements include magnetoelectric galvanometer, sensitive element (flat plate), as well as pneumatic, optical and electrical circuits. Pneumoelectric controllers are characterized by high sensitivity and speed. Schemes of inkjet-photocompensation proportional, proportional-integral, proportional-integral-differential, semi-proportional controllers and of the preliminary and differentiation units are provided.
