The article presents a modification of the colorimetric method for the preliminary establishment of presence of blood in the stainson the material evidences using benzidine test. The proposed modification is accompanied by photometric accounting and computer processing of the results. Performance, objectivity, as well as other features and advantages of this method when used in forensic practice are described in detail.
The article presents the analysis of experience, both of domestic, and of foreign authors in application of the techniques for identification of the blood in the stains on material evidences. The method of definition of IgG by means of ELISA is compared with other modern techniques applied in Russia. Sensitivity, objectivity, actuality and other qualities and advantages of this method are widely displayed when applied in forensic practice.
Проведен анализ опыта как отечественных, так и зарубежных авторов по применению методик установления наличия слюны на вещественных доказательств. Представлены две колориметрические модификации методик, предназначенных для ориентировочного установления наличия слюны в пятнах, следах и участках на вещественных доказательствах. Предложенная нами модификация сопровождается фотометрическим учетом и компьютерной обработкой результатов. Широко раскрываются производительность, объективность, а также другие возможности и преимущества данных методов при использовании их в судебно-медицинской практике.
