Робота присвячена визначання розмірів напівфабрикату для високоточних виробів при виготовленні холодним об’ємним штампування. Дослідження проведемо за допомогою моделювання в програмному комплексі DEFORM-2D проведено чисельний експеримент технологічних операцій обтиску та видавлювання. Моделювання виконували в пружно-пластичній постановці з врахуванням розвантаження після операцій формозміни. The work is devoted to determining the dimensions of the semi-finished product for high-precision products in the manufacture of cold volume stamping. The research will be carried out by means of modeling in the software complex DEFORM-2D the numerical experiment of technological operations of compression and extrusion is carried out. The simulation was performed in an elastic-plastic setting taking into account the unloading after shape change operations.
