The article substantiates that the internal security level influences greatly the level of external security of the competitive status. Internal security is determined to become apparent through the productivity value of current costs, product quality, the degree of production capacities use and technical characteristics of equipment. External security of the competitive status should be assessed on the basis of determining the deficiency of the earnings before tax value which is short-received by an enterprise because of discrepancy between its market share and the share of a leading one. The developed indices underlie assessment of economic security of the competitive status of Ukraine’s mining enterprises. The methods suggested in the article are used for calculating the level of reserves of internal security of the competitive status for iron ore open pits of mining and concentrating works and demonstrate availability of considerable reserves at all open pits of Ukraine’s mining and concentrating works. At the same time, iron content in products of Ukrainian mining enterprises is known to be lower than that at foreign companies and the content of impurities does not meet international market requirements. Due to that, all Ukrainian enterprises are characterized by non-compliance of key indicators that describe their competitive status with threshold values. This testifies to inefficiency of economic security provision and management. To ensure the economic security of enterprises in the future, it is currently proposed to assess the level of digital maturity of the enterprise and, based on the data obtained, develop appropriate measures. These measures should include digitalization of all areas of the enterprise. It is proposed to introduce activities to digitize the value chain, equipment and mineral resources. Important indicators that provide information about the level of economic security in the future are the current level of use of big data and the level of digitalization of product promotion.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION IN UKRAINE: PERSPECTIVES FROM INTERNATIONAL RANKINGS
The state of the problem of economic assessment of the iron ore stoping process when making decisions on managing the production process at iron ore underground mining enterprises is under investigation. It is established that when organizing optimal management of ore mining and production of commercial types of iron ore products, the basic aspect is management of the ore stoping process. Making optimal management decisions on its implementation is based on an economic assessment of efficiency of these decisions by their impact on economic results of the entire production process. These decisions are made when designing and implementing the stoping process in practice. At present, the methods of such an assessment are not satisfactory, because they do not reveal actual effectiveness of the stoping process as this system is based on an indicator that does not consider economic characteristics of the ore reserve. The authors develop a system for economic assessment of stoping efficiency, which allows you to correctly evaluate efficiency of the process. The system relies on the Index of Completeness of applying the economic potential of the balance ore reserve. Its value is calculated by means of the ratio between the economic potential, which has a balance ore reserve of mining blocks/panels to the value of a commercial iron ore product made from this reserve. The second developed indicator is the Index of Economic Variability, which reflects the degree of deviation of the projected cost of the mined ore mass from the value of the economically justified limit of the cost of a commercial iron ore product for the withdrawal of specific financial costs required for ore beneficiation. The authors develop methods to determine the values of all the parameters necessary for calculating the above indices. The described provisions form the basis of a computer system for performing economic and mathematical modeling of the stoping process.
The article is concerned with analyzing the investment component of the economic security of the State and diagnostics of enterprises' activity. The article considers the theoretical foundations of the investment component of economic security: the essence of the concept of "economic security", the main tasks of achieving economic security, the segmentation of sectors of the national economy by stages of investment development and the main measures of the State to regulate the investment component of economic security are presented. The article considers accounting and analytical support of the investment component of the economic security of the State and diagnostics of activity of enterprises. In order to develop statistical research methods in the analysis of the investment component of the economic security of the State and diagnostics of enterprises, the concept of "investment climate" is interpreted, the components of the investment attractiveness index and their components are systematized. By accumulating general information, the article substantiates an assessment of the economic security of the country, regions, enterprises in various spheres and diagnoses the real state of economic entities. The article considers the issues of investment marketing and marketing research as a diagnostic process in wartime: the goals and principles of investment marketing, investment marketing strategies aimed at increasing the market share using the main factors of marketing activity are outlined, the specifics of marketing research are reviewed. It has been found that in order to create an investment-attractive climate, even in the context of military operations, it is necessary to expand marketing research using modern tools already used in the practice of the world's leading developed economies.
Social responsibility represents such a system of relations in the "state - society - business" system, which involves the search and use of a system of motives and incentives for the private sector (business) to take into account the interests of society in its activities, ensuring compliance with social standards in work with personnel. Functioning in conditions of limited resources, both the state and the corporate sector are forced to use available resources more rationally, in particular, human capital, the level of return of which is currently defined as extremely low in Ukraine. That is why the category of human capital needs additional study. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of human capital as an object of social responsibility of business and government in the context of its influence on the quality of the enterprise, its competitiveness. At the same time, such general research methods as analysis and synthesis were used. In the course of the study, the subjects of public policy were identified, one of which is the corporate sector, which through market mechanisms forms the economy of the state, determines its resource capabilities for carrying out this or that policy. This forces us to combine the efforts of the state and business in order to make more effective management decisions. Such socially responsible behavior encourages rational use of resources, one of which is human capital. The article defines the role of human capital; ratio of human capital categories of the enterprise and individual employees; the quality of human capital, manifested in the ability to innovate, and its impact on the innovativeness of the enterprise; issues of personnel development.
