The method of frequency transformations measurement for digital power of electrical signals meters is offered. The method is based on instantaneous power correlation processing. Such approach allows increasing noise immunity of the proposed method, and, as a consequence, its accuracy. Proposed mathematical theory to estimate the variance measurement error of the power of electrical signals. Proposals have been made to reduce the error in measuring the power of electrical signals. The analysis of the interference immunity of the correlation method for measuring power can be extended to the condition under which the interference spectra in voltage and current signals are different.
The article is the analysis of the current issues related to gender policy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The article presents the principle of equality that has a number of manifestations, one of which is the principle of gender equality meaning equal approach to all relevant issues regardless of gender. Gender stereotypes, gender behavioural norms and problems of gender identification in the modern Ukrainian society are analysed. The problem of gender differences is associated with the fact that due to the continuous dynamic changes in the world, more and more questions arise as to the impact of certain gender stereotypes on professional activities of a person. One of the currently discussed issues is the impact of gender mainstreaming on the role of women in the military, as well as the impact on the effectiveness of military operations with their participation.The results of the research confirm that the principle of equal rights and possibilities for the service people of both genders is implemented in the army; however there is still the necessity to strengthen educational activities among the personnel, first of all, among the units and subdivisions of Ukraines Armed Forces. For the last few years, considering the fulfilment of assigned tasks in both everyday life and combat operations, the role of servicewomen has increased. To determine theoretical foundations of that problem the theoretical methods of generalisation, scientific analysis and synthesis were implemented. Corresponding software was used to process empirical data and to conduct analytical calculations. Analytical processing of information was engaged to solve the problem of scientific analysis of the events as a holistic phenomenon.
This article discusses possible bandwidth limitations of a radio access channel using MIMO technology with polarization-orthogonal channels, or dual polarization channels. The main attention is paid to the presence of cross-polarization isolation between channels, or cross-polarization relation, or Cross Polar Discrimination. The indicated ratio is determined mainly by the design features of the antennas. It is proposed to choose antennas with the minimum required values of cross-polarization ratio, which limit a given channel bandwidth.
Computer Systems on Integrated Software Platforms are gaining popularity among users. They have a number of advantages over other platforms. In particular, this is a reduction in maintenance costs and the ability to quickly deploy additional Hardware & Software without stopping the system. But there are also a number of disadvantages. The most significant of these is an increase in the processing time for transactions of users using data warehouses. One of the directions of its solution is the formation of resource distribution, which is focused on minimizing resource costs. A mathematical model of resource distribution during transactions in CS on ISP is proposed. The distribution quality is determined by the criterion of minimizing the total transaction execution time. The admissible set of distributions is formed using the method of penalties for the execution of transactions. This further refines the integrated infrastructure. Simulation modeling of the process of distributing a computing resource with a selected plan made it possible to formulate requirements for the algorithm for solving the problem of scheduling transactions in an integrated environment. The proposed method also makes it possible to carry out operational rescheduling of transaction execution and reduce time costs when making operational changes to the transaction execution plan.
