The purpose of the scientific article is to identify the features of assessing and managing the financial stability of construction companies. The object of this study is entrepreneurial activity in the construction sector. The subject of the study is specific aspects of analysis and management of financial stability in construction organizations. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: 1) determining the features, problems and trends in the development of the construction industry in Russia; 2) identifying the specifics of the functioning of finance in the construction sector; 3) systematization of factors that affect the activity of enterprises in the construction sector; 4) assessment of the financial stability of the construction company, taking into account the regulatory and industry average values. A classification of factors affecting financial stability by a number of system-forming features is proposed. The most significant indicators for assessing the financial stability of construction companies are determined, taking into account the industry specifics for making management decisions.

The purpose of this paper is to substantiate the methodological aspects of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise and develop proposals based on the practical testing of the assessment model application using an integral indicator. In this article, the object of the research is competitiveness as a factor of investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the methodological aspects of assessing competitiveness of an enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following research tasks are set: 1) identification of the main problems and reserves of increasing the investment attractiveness of economic entities in Russia; 2) determination of the specifics of analysis of the economic entities competitiveness depending on the assessment criteria; and 3) development of recommendations for improving the quality of the enterprise competitiveness analysis.

The purpose of the scientific article is to identify the features of entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of economic instability and assessment of credit risks of the borrower in order to attract investment resources. The object of research is the entrepreneurial activity. The subject of research is the analysis and methods of credit risk minimization. The following tasks of the research are set to achieve the goal: 1) to identify the features, problems and trends in the development of entrepreneurship in Russia; 2) systematization of factors affecting the investment activity of small business; 3) definition of indicators for the analysis of credit risk of the borrower; 4) development of recommendations for credit risk management in a commercial bank in terms of providing investment resources in modern conditions. The conceptual positions revealing the essence of entrepreneurship and its characteristic features in the market conditions are analyzed. The authors prove the necessity of financial stimulation of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of formation of investment resources at the expense of credit. The causes of critical risk in the conditions of market volatility and socio-political instability are determined. The process of credit risk management at the stage of credit issuance is considered. The possibilities of using different models of risk assessment in order to make a decision on the issuance of credit resources of investment nature for small business.

As practice shows, qualified personnel is the human capital of the organization, which allows you to improve the scientific and technical capabilities of the company, and therefore its innovative potential. The purpose of the scientific article is to study the main approaches to the definition of human capital and its role in the development of innovative activities of enterprises in the construction industry at the present stage. The authors identified the fundamental provisions and trends of scientific research in the field of human capital. On the one hand, human capital is an integral part of intellectual capital, and is a kind of intangible asset of the enterprise. On the other hand, increasing the level of intellectual potential of an enterprise is possible only with the development of human capital. The paper proves that an important factor influencing the development of innovative activities of construction industry enterprises at the present stage is the level of staff qualification. To implement measures of personnel policy of construction industry enterprises (improving the professional level of personnel, employee satisfaction, reducing staff turnover, etc.), it is advisable to monitor such basic indicators of scientific and technical training of personnel as the share of employees with higher education, the share of employees engaged in research and development (RDA), the share of costs for professional development and training of employees, the share of costs for remuneration of employees engaged in RDA, etc.

Practice shows that in all sectors of the economy there are network educations of entrepreneurs that contribute to improving the competitiveness of small businesses in various sectors of the economy. The network model of business organization is focused on a stable set of independent economic entities involved in the creation of goods and services based on contracts that facilitate the coordination of activities. The purpose of the work is to study the activities of small businesses in the construction industry and identify state mechanisms for its support through the functioning of business networks. The authors prove that the development of the construction industry is one of the most effective ways of economic growth, and identify the main advantages of using business networks for small business development: providing resources, increasing labor productivity, and increasing opportunities for innovation. At the same time, the problems of functioning of business structures in the construction industry and the consequences of their activities in the shadow sector of the economy are shown. The scientific article reveals the role of small business in the construction industry as a driver of growth in the socio-economic development of the region, presents the stages of formation of business networks small business, identifies the main elements of the system of state support for small business within the organization of business networks.
