Twenty six football players of the Shandong Luneng youth team (U17), the 2019 season Chinese National Youth Super League champions. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the working capacity and func- tional support of intermittent endurance, the levels and changes in the reaction of the cardiorespiratory system and energy supply of football players’ activities were analyzed under the condition of fatigue cu- mulating in the process of performing a series of high-speed segments. The prerequisite for testing was the preservation of the parameters of running 70 m in 10 s during the entire testing period. Content of Cardiorespiratory System and Intermittent Endurance test: duration of work in a series – 4 minutes; dura- tion of work with the maximum available intensity – 10 s (running distance 70 m), rest interval – 20 s. The number of combinations of work segments 10 s and rest intervals 20 s in a series is 8. The efficiency of work is assessed by the number of completed series and the reaction of the cardiorespiratory system. The typo- logical differences in the functional support of the special working capacity of football players who had a high level of working capacity were determined. They are associated with a balanced type of aerobic and anaerobic energy supply, with an insignificant tension of the mechanisms for fatigue compensating and a predominantly anaerobic type of energy supply provided a high level of respiratory compensation for met- abolic acidosis.
анотація. Використання технології біомеханічного відеокомп'ютерного аналізу є ефективним у діагностиці порушень рухової функції людини. Більшість комп'ютерних програм, які використовуються у фізичній реабілітації, є засобами автоматизації обчислень показників фізичного стану, водночас проблема розробки прикладного програмного забезпечення комп'ютеризованих вимірювальних систем для оперативного й об'єктивного аналізу рухових дій людини залишається актуальною. Мета. Розробити програмне забезпечення біомеханічного відеокомп'ютерного аналізу рухової функції людини у фізичній реабілітації. Методи. Біомеханічний відеокомп'ютерний аналіз кінематичних характеристик рухових дій людини. Результати. Розроблено прикладне програмне забезпечення «БіоВідео», що включає чотири модулі: 1) конструювання моделей опорно-рухового апарату людини; 2) визначення координат точок відносно соматичної системи відліку; 3) розрахунок біомеханічних характеристик рухової дії (програмні можливості модуля дозволяють розраховувати локалізацію центрів мас біоланок і загального центру мас тіла людини); 4) побудова біокінематичної схеми тіла людини за відеограмою рухових дій з визначенням траєкторій руху центрів суглобів, центрів мас біоланок і загального центру мас тіла людини. У покадровому та фазовому аналізах визначаються такі біомеханічні характеристики: горизонтальна, вертикальна та результуюча лінійні швидкості загального центру мас і центрів мас суглобів тіла людини; амплітуда кутів суглобів та кутова швидкість біоланок тіла спортсмена; часові характеристики; потенційна, кінетична, повна енергії окремих біоланок і всього тіла людини. Програмне забезпечення «БіоВідео» призначене для отримання якісної і кількісної інформації про рухову функцію людини, яка служить основою для розробки реабілітаційних програм. Ефективність розробленого програмного забезпечення «БіоВідео» у діагностиці рухової функції людини підтверджена клінічними дослідженнями. ключові слова: біомеханічний аналіз, кінематичні характеристики, рухова дія, реабілітація, програмне забезпечення.
Introduction: The aim of the study was to analyze the changes in the indices of the autonomic nervous system and the adaptive capacity of Ukrainian Super League handball players prior to significant competitions. Material and methods: This research involved 39 handball players from the Ukrainian Super League aged 18-22 years old. The study examined the overall tone of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) measuring electrodermal activity of the athletes. Reactivity of the ANS of players was monitored by the method of R. Baevskyy, the efficiency of competitive activity in handball was analyzed by the integral index of technical and tactical handball skills. Results: Before the competition, the reaction in the sympathoadrenal system was launched for vagotonics as the intended response to the upcoming games. The measured indicators marked mental stress and activation of the sympathoadrenal system for the sympathotonics group. The аtonics group provided the emotional ground due to the balanced influence of para-and sympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system. Conclusions: The index of functional changes in all participants detected a satisfactory level of adaptation. The highest sympathetic activity was observed for аtonics, the lowest-for vagotonics. The best results were documented for athletes who did not have autonomic dysfunction and those who had a slight predominance of the sympathetic component of the autonomic regulation.
According to the competition calendar, a one-cycle training process for highly skilled mini-football players in the annual macrocycle was selected. Participants: 15 players of the First League of Ukraine in the futsal mini-football team “Fortetsya” (Kamianets-Podilskyi City), among them 1 player – Honored Master of Sports, 1 – Master of Sports of International Class, 4 – Candidate to Master of Sports, 9 – players of 1st rank. In the competitive period, non-specific means of highly skilled players in mini-football amounted to 40.2%, specific means - 59.8%, including special-prepa- ratory – 6.6%, leading – 30.9% and competitive – 22.3%. Aerobic loads ranged from 40.3 (4-day inter-cycle micro-cy- cle) to 53.6% (4-day competitive micro-cycle) during competitive and inter-gaming micro-cycles of this period. The use of mixed (aerobic-anaerobic) loads in the competitive period of futsal players training ranged from 45.0 (7-day inter-game micro-cycle) to 53.1% (4-day inter-game micro-cycle). The ratio of training means during the competitive period, the volume of training loads of different orientation in micro-cycles of competitive mezocycles of prepara- tion, the ratio of training loads of different orientation: aerobic (49.2%); mixed (46.1%); anaerobic alactatic (2.4%); anaerobic glycolytic (2.3%) have been identified. Taking into account the structure and content of a single-cycle variant of training process structure for the players of the first league team of Ukraine, the volumes of training loads of different orientation, the ratio of the training means of the players in the competitive period were determined.
The results of physical fitness level of highly skilled football players in the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual macrocycle are presented. The study involved 34 players of Football Club “Zorya” (Lugansk city) aging from 20 to 30. In the annual cycle of football players training season 2018/2019, the training process was carried out in accordance with the current program. An experimental program was used in the first and second preparatory periods of the annual training cycle in the season 2019/2020. Insufficient efficiency of the traditional program of physical training of highly skilled football players in the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual training cycle has been established. The athlete’s training level was marked by optimal indicators of readiness only by tests that characterized the explosive strength and joint flexibility. Experimental program was developed in order to increase the efficiency of the training process of highly skilled football players. The main feature of this program was the use of three innovative methods of modern fitness training: MAX®, Tabata, HIIT. Functional classes that based on the use of step platforms were offered instead of classical aerobics classes. The results of the physical fitness testing of FC “Zorya” football players at the end of the preparatory periods of the 2019/2020 season indicated a significantly better level of athlete’s readiness for the next competitive periods comparing to the corresponding periods of the previous season. Experimental program effectiveness was confirmed by the results of the FC “Zorya” team in the championship of the Ukrainian Premier League 2019/2020.
