Nowadays in the great attention in higher education is devoting to the forming of personal principles of student such as culture, morality, high intellect and intellectual potential. An importance and necessity of highly qualified preparation of students which should provide the educated intellectual persons with technical knowledge, general culture, possibility to think independently and pliantly and possibility to solve the life and professional problems with initiative and creation is evident. This paper presents the experience of application of educational technologies in Siberian State University of Telecommunication and Informatics.
