One of the main tasks of the NICA/MPD physics program is the study of the strangeness production in nuclear collisions. In this paper the MPD detector performance is presented for measurements of K 0 S mesons, Λ(Λ) hyperons, and hypertritons in central Au + Au collisions at NICA energies. ¤´μ°¨ § μ¸´μ¢´ÒÌ § ¤ Π˨ §¨Î¥¸±μ° ¶·μ£· ³³Ò Ô±¸ ¶¥·¨³¥´É MPD´ ±μ³ ¶²¥±¸¥ NICA Ö¢²Ö¥É¸Ö¨ §ÊÎ¥´¨¥ ·μ¦¤¥´¨Ö¸É· ´´μ¸É¨¢ Ö¤¥·´ÒÌ ¢ § ¨³μ¤¥°¸É¢¨ÖÌ. ‚ ¤ ´´μ°· ¡μÉ¥ ¶·¥¤¸É -¢²¥´Ò ¢μ §³μ¦´μ¸É¨¤¥É¥±Éμ· MPD ¶μ¨ §³¥·¥´¨Õ K 0 S -³¥ §μ´μ¢, Λ(Λ)-£¨ ¶¥·μ´μ¢¨£¨ ¶¥·É·¨Éμ´μ¢ ¢ Í¥´É· ²Ó´ÒÌ ¢ § ¨³μ¤¥°¸É¢¨ÖÌ Au + Au ¶·¨Ô´¥·£¨ÖÌ NICA.
