The article presents an analysis of diagnostic criteria of quality evaluation for emergency medicine and specialized medical care in emergency departments. The results of the study of emergency medicine care in compliance with quality evaluation criteria showed that in groupe of general criteria for quality evaluation it was achieved in 100 prc cases, in groupe of evaluation criteria of extent of medical aid - in 97,4 prc cases, n groupe of evaluation criteria of timely diagnosis and treatment — 98,2 prc. It also shows the high level of medical care in this department.
The article presents achievement analysis of diagnostic criteria for assessing the quality of emergency and specialized medical care, in which, 62 patients of a therapeutic profile were admitted to the hospital. The general criteria was approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 203n of 10.05.2017, in terms of the volume and timeliness of care. Research results of the compliance of the provided EMА with the criteria for assessing its quality are: in the group of general quality assessment criteria — 1 00% and volume assessment criteria — 9 9,0% and timeliness — 9 8,9%. EMА at the admission of patients with a therapeutic profile to the hospital indicates a high level of its achievement.
29 emergency departments (ED) with hospital beds were functioning in 2018 in the Russian Federation (RF). Within the period 2014–2018 the bed capacity has been increased from 415 to 737, which portion is increased from 0,036% to 0,071% (in 2018 the portion of daily bed was 27,3%, the portion of the bed of short stay department was 72,7%). The number of discharged patients has been increased from 94545 to 306757. Therewith the portion of patients referred from ED to specialized units has been decreased from 19,0% to 11,1%. The average annual bed occupancy rate is 276,6 and 274,1. The bed turnover has been increased from 262,6 to 447,2. The lethal index is decreased from 0,18% to 0,13%. Bed population ratio keeps at the low level (5.0 bed per 1 million people which is rated as 4,5% from recommended values). Additional introduction of hospital departments of emergency medicine in 56 federal subjects of the RF allows quicker to achieve the goals of the National Project «Health care».
