Abstract. The main characteristic of machine tool system, providing the most efficient multi-axis processing, is machine volumetric accuracy, which may be demonstrated in the machine working space. The development of methods and means of controlling volumetric accuracy is a very important engineering and process task. Solving this issue may ensure competitive ability of the domestic fixtures and tools for multi-axis form making during the treatment with the help of power tools. Early project stage is the most important one, as the success of the machine project itself highly depends on the right choice of arrangement. In this research, we presented design scheme of machine-tool unit, stated its initial and boundary conditions, and also there was developed a model of comparative assessment of elastic displacement in the working space. Volumetric accuracy is formed by means of inaccuracy space field of the processing system, which occur in the formation zone under the influence of agitation, which may be determined by simulation and analytical modeling of machine tool system. Within the framework of this research, there was developed the method of comparative assessment of volumetric accuracy of multi-axis machine compositions with not less than 5 interpolate axis.
This study analyzes modern approaches to the monitoring systems organization for heavy metals in the soil cover in urban areas. The current situation was considered in individual countries, as well as the organization features of the soil monitoring system in the Russian Federation and the city of Volgograd. The study results showed that in most foreign countries, monitoring of urban soils is currently one of the priority areas. The research system has a high level but is subject to improvement in certain areas. In most cities of the Russian Federation, monitoring researches on the content of heavy metals in soils are the unsystematic and nonperiodic feature and are usually associated with the implementation of thesis research or scientific projects. At the federal level, studies are conducted only in 33 cities, while the lists of identified elements vary significantly depending on the current industry specialization.
There is considered a technique of technological synthesis of mechatronic machine-tool systems for multiaxis machining in the paper. The technique is visual, universal and implemented with the use of CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM system of SolidWorks software.
The article considers the issues of optimizing the layout of multi-axis machine tools for multi-dimensional processing using various criteria. Optimization of layouts is implemented using CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM systems, SolidWorks and MS Excel.
