Information on the structural population of a homological series of the magnetic separator struc tures the function according to the synthesis objective has been obtained using the law of homological series for electromechanical structures. We show that it is possible to use the procedure for the directed synthesis of new structural versions of magnetic separators that belong to the predetermined homological series. The ade quacy of the presented procedure is established.
