Рассматривается имитационное моделирование цеха по производству деталей из полимерных композиционных материалов. Описывается технология изготовления деталей и на ее основе разрабатывается теоретическая событийная модель производства. По разработанной теоретической событийной модели производства создается компьютерная имитационная модель в программном средстве имитационного моделирования Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Проведен анализ созданной имитационной модели. Учитывая найденные узкие места, создана новая имитационная модель, отвечающая поставленным требованиям. Получены результаты, на основании которых составлены практические рекомендации по увеличению количества выпускаемых деталей.
The article proposes the concept and implementation of soft-ware solutions that allow to present milling and turning processes. The software simulates metal-looping using a pre-created control program in G-code. Software products based on the use of functional capabilities of the open Cascade geometric core allow not only to visualize the processes of milling and machining, but also to transfer models with the results of processing through export formats to other CAD systems.
The use of information technology in machine-building enterprises has become an integral part of the entire production process. An analysis of the literature has shown that the topic of optimization of blank production using modern information technologies has not been sufficiently disclosed. In this paper, it is proposed to use simulation modelling to optimize the work of blank production. The use of a genetic algorithm is proposed as an optimization algorithm. Practical testing of the proposed solution showed a good result.
The article considers approaches and solutions aimed at improving the productivity of engineering departments, where CAD software solutions are actively used. In the manufacture of parts of machinery there is a need in the design of tooling. Elements of machine tools can be prepared and distributed in electronic libraries, which in an auto-mated mode will create a set of parametric models of the required tooling of machine equipment. The accuracy and quality of modelling will be achieved by eliminating the human factor from the design process. The development of such software solutions is implemented by means and components of the open geometric kernel Open Cascade, which has great potential in the field of modelling and scientific calculations.
