The article investigates the initial philosophical principles of the green economy concept, which is one of the modern promising approaches in economic science. The authors analyze the essence of the green economy, describe a retrospective of its conceptual development. They come to the conclusion that the philosophical foundations of the concept of green economy are based on the philosophical principles of systemness and integrity, the principle of eco-centrism, and the ethics of bio-centrism; consider the place of the concept of the ecological imperative in researches of green economy; analyze the understanding of the world as the ecological and economic system in the concept of green economy.
Abstract-The article is devoted to the consideration of knowledge as a non-equilibrium, self-sustaining, and selforganizing system possessing the properties of openness, nonlinearity and dissipation, which shows the true value of learning and intellectual productive environment for possible diffusion of knowledge. The author of the article gives ten arguments in support of this point of view.Keywords-Knowledge; non-equilibrium system; selforganization; nonlinearity; dissipation; diffusion of knowledge; attractors; intellectual productive environment; production and reconfiguration of knowledge; training; knowledge of the individual; knowledge of society
The paper considers the methodological basis for information sciences including terminological base and the issue of defining the notion of information. Both the problem of classifying information sciences and the analysis of metaphorical understanding of the notion of information in evolutionary biophysics, often referred to as "bioinformatics", are studied. The analysis is essential for the classification of information sciences based on the initial (functional cybernetic) and metaphorical view of information. Theoretical bases which can be common for all information sciences are dwelt upon.
Abstract-The article developed the concept of epistemology of artificial intelligence (AI-epistemology), the concept of computer epistemology and the concept of computer representology. In this work, the understanding of artificial intelligence as a project, the theory and the totality of specific applications (so-called intellectual systems) differs; the analysis of the most important problem of artificial intelligence -the problem of computer representation of knowledge; the main stages of the development of the theory of artificial intelligence -classical, nonclassical and post-nonclassical -are analyzed and compared with the corresponding types of scientific rationality.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
