Abstract. Purpose: to search effective methods of health tourism application in physical education of primary school age pupils. Матеріал: in the research 40 children participated, who were divided into control (9 boys and 11 girls) and experimental (10 boys and 10 girls) groups. We registered physical fitness, physical health, adaptation-reserve potentials and psychological state of primary school pupils. Results: specificities of health tourism means' application as the basis of health-related recreational technology were determined. We found improvement of children's health by 10%. Besides, we observed prevailing improvement of organism's resistance to environmental unfavorable factors and indicators of psycho-emotional state. Conclusions: application of health tourism means increases organism's functional potentials, physical health and psycho-emotional state of schoolchildren.
The purpose of the article is to develop and test the effectiveness of aqua fitness exercise program for the posture improvement of women of the first period of a mature age with different body types. Materials and methods. The pedagogical experiment involved 46 women of the first period of a mature age who had previously consented to participate in the study. The used methods include the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, Internet data, and mathematical statistics methods, including Fisher’s angular criterion, which allows sampling by distribution of the trait (Byshevets et al., 2019). The research included the assessment of the posture condition of women based on the method of visual screening of posture with determination of the total score (Kashuba et al., 2016). A surgeon was also involved in assessing the posture of women. In the process of factor analysis, the data of anthropometric studies, physical fitness assessments, and motor activity level were analyzed. Results. The distribution of women of the first period of a mature age by types of postural disorders and its changes under the influence of aqua fitness classes taking into account the body type has been established. The study involved 46 women of the mentioned category; 73.9% of them were women of normosthenic body type, 15.2% – of asthenic type, and 10.9% – of hypersthenic type. The research has established that women who were engaged in aqua fitness with regard to body type had positive changes in posture. The proportion of women of asthenic body type with a normal posture increased by 28.6%, of normosthenic type – by 20.6%, and of hypersthenic type – by 20.0%. Changes occurred in the level of the bio-geometric profile of the posture. Conclusions. The study confirms the effectiveness of the use of aqua fitness in the process of health-promoting classes to prevent and correct postural disorders.
Purpose. The research has developed and substantiated the algorithm for implementation of corrective and preventive measures in the process of adaptive physical education of pupils with special needs (visually impaired children with postural disorders). Materials and methods. Twenty-eight ten-year-old visually impaired children with postural impairments (scoliotic posture or round back) participated in the experiment. Theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific literature, Internet resources, pedagogical experiment, visual posture screening (Bibyk, Kashuba, Nosova, 2012), photography, testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The developed algorithm of corrective and preventive measures corresponds to the aim, objectives, conditions, principles, forms, didactics, control measurements, and criteria of effectiveness. During the implementation of the algorithm for corrective and preventive measures in the process of adaptive physical education of visually impaired children with postural disorders in the experimental group, there was a statistically significant (p < 0.05) improvement of the indicators of the posture bio-geometric profile and physical characteristics: strength endurance at significance level p < 0.05 and vertical body strength at significance level p < 0.05 and p < 0.01. Conclusions. The results of the researches have confirmed the effectiveness of the developed algorithm for corrective and preventive measures, namely: improvement of the posture bio-geometric profile and increase in the level of physical qualities of visually impaired children with postural disorders. Quantitative changes at the level of p <0.05 and p <0.01 of the studied indicators, harmonious development of the individuals, and successful social adaptation in communication with healthy peers prove the effectiveness of the algorithm. At the end of the transformation experiment, based on the assessment of the posture bio-geometric profile, it was determined that ten-year-old visually impaired children with a scoliotic posture or round back improved their indicators from below-average to above-average level; strength endurance indicators from basic to intermediate and sufficient level of motor readiness; static equilibrium indicators from basic and low to medium and above-average level.
Purpose: to study role of health related hiking and orienteering in improvement of children's physical conditions. Material: 163 children of 7 -10 years old age participated in the research (82 boys and 81 girls). Tests for assessment of physical condition, physical health, adaptation reserve potentials and motor functioning of junior schoolchildren were used. Results: It was found that 46,01% of pupils can be considered healthy. Accordingly more than half (53,99%) have not infectious diseases. Among them nosologies of musculoskeletal apparatus prevail. In academic day with physical culture lesson average and high levels of motor functioning prevail (61,36%). Recreation health related technology on the basis of health related hiking and orienteering has been theoretically substantiated and worked out. Its structural components and content have been described. Realization of recreation health related technology is envisaged to be in three stages. Most of classes shall be in the open air. Conclusions: low level of adaptation reserve potentials and physical health of children have been determined that points at demand in health related measures in junior schoolchildren's physical education.
