Abstract. The purpose of the research is to identify the features of functioning of forest-reclaimed agrobiocenoses and assess their impact in combination with various soil treatments on the formation of winter wheat yield. The object of research was field agrobiocenosis in combination with protective stands. Observations and accounting were carried out according to generally accepted methods. Research result. Research has shown that protective forest belts have an impact on agroecological conditions within the inter-band space and on the yield of winter wheat. It is established that the highest content of productive moisture in the inter-lane space is observed at a distance of 5 to 10 Н from the forest strip. The average content of productive moisture in this zone was 49.4 mm, which is 11.3 mm more than in a field without protective plantings. Differentiated changes in soil moisture in the interband space persist throughout the growing season of winter wheat. Zonal distribution of moisture reserves in the soil affects the formation of the total water consumption of winter wheat, the value of the water consumption coefficient. In a protected field, the total water flow is from 1418.8 to 1758.6 m3/ha, in a field without protective plantings – 1329.7 m3/ha. The yield of winter wheat under the protection of stands is higher than in the field without protective stands. On average, over 5 years of research, depending on the applied technology of soil cultivation, the increase in yield was 0.21–0.29 t/ha. Scientific novelty. In result of the conducted researches the features of moisture and the content of major nutrients in crops in light-chestnut soil in terms of agroecology, the dependence of the activity of soil microbiota from remoteness from planting shelterbelts, assessed the effectiveness of the soil treatment methods and their influence on productivity of winter wheat.
The newest Karsky grape variety, complexly stable with colored pulp and juice, was bred in Greece in 2014 by crossing the Ommonia varieties with a mixture of pollen from the EFIAGE-3 and EFIAGE-4 varieties. The duration of the production period is 146-155 days. Vigor of shoot growth is strong (2.1-3.0 m.). The yield is high. The average weight of a bunch is 180 g. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungal diseases. The flower is hermaphrodite. Cylindrical-conical bunch of medium density. The berry is small, round, blue-black in color with a thick waxy bloom. The skin is firm and firm. Intensely colored pulp and juice with varietal flavor. The sugar content is very high. The variety is intended for the production of intensely colored wines of various categories, high-quality juices, suitable for the production of grape vodka.
This research work presents the results of studying the effect of growth stimulants on the regeneration processes of hybrid seedlings of grapes when they are grown in a greenhouse in vessels on a substrate peat + soil + sand (1: 1: 1). As a result of this work, it was found that the highest yield of seedlings, 85% and 81%, was observed when using drugs Kornevin and Double roots. And the least yield of seedlings was in the control variant, on the soil of 27%. At the same time, the best option for the quality of seedlings is the length of the main shoot of the seedlings, the internode diameter between the 2 and 3 eyes, the number of roots and their weight was in the version using Kornevin and amounted to 366 cm, 6 mm, 23 pcs. and 258 gr. Plants in the control variant on the soil substrate had the least development.

К., Филенко О. Ф., Юсупов В. И., Воробьева О. В., Зотов К. В., Баграташви-ли В. Н. -The results of action of a lowintensity 30 MHz electromagnetic field (EMF) in continuous mode and when amplitude modulation with a 1000 s exposure on Daphnia magna Straus, 1820 crustaceans from a laboratory culture (newborn, 5 -7 and 7 -9 day aged) are presented. Observations were carried out of the irradiated parent generation and three subsequent ones (F 1 -F 3 ) with no exposure. This irradiation in continuous mode was shown to affect the overall fecundity in the F 1 generation only, a reduction of this index down to 64 -80% in comparison with a reference was revealed in all the 3 age groups. The irradiation affected the quality of the posterity born, by causing the emergence of individuals with abnormalities in the swimming antennas, carapace, apical spine and vision apparatus in all the generations. These abnormalities in the carapace and swimming antennas structure were accompanied by a decreased survivability. Effect of a low-intensity 30 MHz electromagnetic field on
