This paper brie y outlines the housing careers of Vietnamese households since their arrival in the UK in the late 1970s and draws on a series of focus groups to examine the role that ethnicity has played, and may continue to play, in their housing careers. It notes that the rst arrivals lacked the infrastructure of an existing Vietnamese community in the UK and were further disadvantaged by the dispersal policy adopted by the voluntary agencies responsible for their resettlement. The research indicates that ethnicity has been a crucial in uence on the housing careers of Vietnamese households, and in particular on the location of the communities. It is argued that it is essential that researchers pay attention to the role of ethnicity as a resource and a constraint within a housing career.

Zimu's PhD project looks at business growth and role of entrepreneurial ecosystems with particular focus on the UK digital gaming industry. Zimu is also interested in the broad topic of creative and technology-intensive industry.

The main aim of the research was intended in assessing the role of the Indonesian government towards the promotion of social entrepreneurship in the country. The research was focused on addressing the level of awareness about the concept of social enterprise and what it means in Indonesia, especially among young students. For achieving this aim, a survey was conducted among students in Jakarta, Indonesia. The survey reflected the assessment of government role in the promotion of social entrepreneurship in Indonesia. The results noted that when it came to social entrepreneurship, it is the government that acts as a vital role in communication what a social enterprise is and its role to the members of the society. From the regression analysis, it was identified that there is a significant relationship between the promotion of social entrepreneurship and the role of the Indonesian government. However, the study also identifies that while the promotion of social enterprise is essential, the role of innovation and its link to the building resilient social enterprises needs more attention.

This study investigates the influencing mechanism between IT capabilities and firm's performance. We believe that business process is the principal factor and suggest that IT capabilities improve business process and subsequently enhance firm's performance. The study of the underlying factors among IT capabilities, business performance, and firm's performance is considered rare and although some researchers have introduced conceptual models and empirical tests, they are not able to support the cumulative model. It is found out that IT capabilities have a significant and positive relationship to firm's performance. Besides, business process reengineering and process efficiency contribute more to this relationship by mediating effect. This study will benefit business researchers, strategic researchers and managers in various industries because this will contribute to a better understanding of IT capabilities, business process, and firm's performance to a greater extent and provide fundamentals for strategic decisions in IT investments of a firm.
