Reorganization measures in the armed forces of Ukraine led to a reduction in airborne service specialists, but there is currently no talk of a reduction in actual issues of airborne training (AP) in units and military units. On the contrary, these measures once again emphasized and exacerbated the need to immediately solve a number of problems in this area. An effective and fairly established system of airborne training has unanimously become obsolete. It works reliably, but the circumstances that have developed in the period after the events of 2014 until now and the requirements that have arisen to the training system, finally discovered that the existing system does not satisfy the new views on the modern structure of airborne support and the use of airborne troops in particular. The war of 2022 emphasized the importance of comprehensive training of intelligence units, military units of the Airborne Assault Forces (ASF), Special Operations Forces (SSO), Marines (MP) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: all those who proved during the eight months of Russian-Ukrainian open aggression their efficiency is practical. The PDP program from the beginning of its creation and partial modernization constantly bore signs of preparation for the classic use of mass airborne assaults developed during the years of the Soviet Union's existence, but the practical combat actions of both sides of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict so far indicate the fallacy of the indicated direction. In the article, a review of the patterns of changes in the conditions and means of using parachutes for the development of the educational, methodological and material base over time is carried out. The consequences of untimely consideration of a number of issues regarding new approaches to airborne personnel training in the future are analyzed. Keywords: airborne training, instruction, training base, airborne support.
The relevance of the research lies in the need to increase the efficiency of the process of evaluating the object of evaluation while ensuring the given reliability, regardless of the hierarchical construction of the object of evaluation. The object of research is information systems. The subject of the study is the efficiency of the evaluation process. The hypothesis of the study is to increase the efficiency of the process at a given reliability. In the study, an improved methodology for increasing the efficiency of the evaluation process based on bio-inspired algorithms was proposed. In the course of the conducted research, the general provisions of the theory of artificial intelligence were used to solve the problem of analyzing the state of objects in intelligent decision support systems. The essence of improvement is to use the following procedures: − taking into account the type of uncertainty about the state of the object of evaluation; − taking into account the degree of the noise of the data on the state of the object of evaluation; − using the ant algorithm and the genetic algorithm to find the path metric when evaluating the state of the evaluation object; − deep learning of synthetic ants using evolving artificial neural networks. An example of the use of the proposed methodology is presented in the example of the assessment of a hierarchical object. The specified model showed a 15−22 % increase in data processing efficiency due to the use of additional improved procedures
The implementation of the measures of the joint forces operation to contain and repulse Russian armed aggression in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the national security of Ukraine provides a set of multifaceted political, diplomatic, economic, technological, ideological and military measures. Of decisive importance among them are political measures aimed at creating favorable conditions for the state, eliminating existing and potential threats, and localizing them. The experience of conducting combat operations in the Joint Forces operation, namely, the performance of tasks by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the defense forces in stabilization operations while strengthening the protection of the state border, isolating the armed conflict, combating enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups and illegal armed formations, indicates that that the classical ways of performing tasks are not rational. In preparation for and during active combat operations in order to destabilize the situation, sabotage mobilization measures and the operational deployment of troops, isolate the battlefield, complicate maneuver, disrupt command and control of troops and weapons, rear services, etc. the enemy will carry out large-scale sabotage, reconnaissance and other subversive actions in the zone of responsibility of operational formations (formations). At the same time, illegal armed formations will be organized and operate, which will be involved in carrying out destabilization actions. The article considers a calculation method for searching for enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups and illegal armed formations in a given area, taking into account the peculiarities of modern armed conflicts and the forces and means involved (used) in this process. Keywords: search, sabotage and reconnaissance group, illegal armed formation of mathematical expectation, probability of an event.
