As a result of the course of UVB-therapy with 311 nm wave-length the number of patients with PASI 100 was 69 %, PASI 90 was 23 %, PASI 75 was 8 %. Index BSA were thus reduced to 81.5 %, DIKE improved by 65.3 %. The tolerance to UVB 311 nm was evaluated as very good.
