Introduction. The article is concerned with the use of special electronic teaching tools to increase the students’ understanding of the subject and adaptation to the professional language environment of the host country, taking into account the mathematical education. Our purpose is to develop a methodology of multilingual support of mathematical courses in the host country to improve the effectiveness of students’ academic mobility using e-learning tools.
Materials and Methods. The basis of the research was methods of system analysis and descriptive and analytical methods, primarily experimental. To identify advantages of the proposed approach the methods of empirical research were used (observation and comparison). To prove the efficiency, classical methods of measurement were used.
Results. We analyzed the existing electronic learning environments and defined an e-learning environment Math-Bridge that allows for creating mathematical courses in several languages in parallel. For example, the e-training course “Optimization Methods” was developed in three languages for training Russian-speaking Master programme students. The comparative analysis of the target and control student’s groups showed that 100 % of the students in the target group achieved an excellent level of mastering competencies, while the control group has only 75 %. For the control group, the degree of motivation to mathematical studying has not virtually changed (increase by 0,86 %). In the target group the level of student interest to the mathematics increased from 0,9 % to 8,9 % (mean 2.21 %).
Discussion and Conclusion. The results described in the article will be useful for the staff of international departments, administrations and deans, as well as teachers of those universities that participate in the students’ international academic mobility programmes.
The monograph discusses some problems of the modern economy and substantiates the need for qualitatively new approaches to the analysis and design of the economy of cooperative and network interactions based on the digitalization of business processes and the use of key technologies - mobility, cloud, Internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, inter-corporate legally significant exchange.
The monograph highlights the resources manifested in cooperative-network interactions, which are characterized by a systemic increase in the process of their use. Specific studies of modern legislation, tax practice, forms of marketing and practices of individual organizations and enterprises show that the achievement of quality results is achieved on the basis of cooperation and network interactions, including both hierarchical, quasi-market and network relations, common goal setting, active cooperation of resources or their parts, active interaction of partners on the basis of platform methods. Modern information and communication environment creates high-quality opportunities for participants to use new laws for the effective development of the economy, to achieve a network effect of interaction.
It is intended for scientific and practical business workers, management specialists.
The monograph summarizes the results of long-term research of the authors, including the materials obtained under The RFBR grant 18-010-00192 "Cooperative network interaction as a resource of self-organization and achievement of quality results in the economy»
The article discusses issues related to the prospects for the implementation of the idea of creating a hardware-software complex for automated regulation of insulin delivery. Today, there are drugs that allow people to live relatively comfortable even with the m ost serious types of diabetes. The m ain difficulty of insulin therapy is the need for consistency (at any time, day or night) of carrying out the control and regulation the infusion of the drug into the patient’s body. Unfortunately, not all patients are able to perform it properly. The ideal solution could be a system that performs all these actions automatically without the participation of the patient. Therefore, the implementation of the idea of creating a hardware-software system for automatic regulation of insulin delivery using the program-adaptive control scheme is relevant. The article forms the general requirements for an approach capable of providing safe medical care for people with type 1 diabetes. There are requirements for the hardware-software complexes of automatic regulation of insulin delivery must correspond are formulated. Also the block diagram is presented.
