The aim of this work is: to define the Conceptual model of medical provision of children in educational institutions in modern conditions. Materials and methods: analysis of data from a longitudinal study of children’s health; questionnaire of parents, teachers, heads of educational institutions on the volume of medical support for students; questioning students’ lifestyle and social determinants of health. Results: According to the study has determined the medical and social determinants which negative affect on health status of school age childrens; detected the most appropriate types of of school health services which based on the parents, medical and teachers opinion. The important also is monitoring of health status of children for develop of prevent measure for improove health status and forming of healthy lifestyle behavioral. Problematic issues to be addressed include: improving the legal framework on the competences and volumes of health care for pupils in educational institutions; material equipment; setting up a system for monitoring and analyzing the health status of students and educational groups, identifying health risk factors; establishing a continuous multimodal health-oriented system of student-oriented youth behavior. Conclusions: The health status of students and the level of health-oriented behavior, the reform of the medical sector require introduction of an effective system of medical support for students of organized groups, improving the system of preventive care for students, parents, which is presented in the Conceptual model.
The aim: The aim of research was to determine of socio-hygienic and psychophysiological characteristics of adolescents with different levels of professional readiness at the beginning of professional education. Materials and methods: Among 451 adolescents aged 15-18 who start vocational training were studied vocational readiness, quality of life related to health, social characteristics, self-assessment of individual psychological and physiological characteristics and needs. Results: Students of vocational schools have a lower (p <0.05) level of readiness to make decisions and plan future professional activities. Medical students had the highest levels of professional readiness. It was found that (57.5 ± 4.3)% of the studied adolescents did not have a clearly defined hierarchy of life spheres and terminal values. There are no significant differences in the quality of life related to health among students of different educational institutions. The highest indicators of satisfaction of basic needs were observed among students of vocational schools. The level of professional readiness of adolescents who studied in the pedagogical field had a greater impact on their physical functioning and mental health; аmong medical students – social and physical functioning, general and psychological health. Conclusions:The professional orientation of young students has a significant impact on their health-related quality of life and health-promoting behavior. Students whose behavior depends on external circumstances are a risk group for healthy lifestyle disorders, and their health-preserving behavior is more dependent on the positive impact of the educational environment.

Каразіна ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОЦЕСУ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗДОРОВ'ЯЗБЕРЕЖУВАЛЬНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ СУЧАСНИХ ШКОЛЯРІВ Анотація. Негативні тенденції у стані здоров'я сучасних школярів обумовлюють проведення оцінки і аналізу факторів ризику розвитку захворювань і керування цими факторами як одним з найбільш перспективних напрямів оздоровлення населення. За результатами анкетування школярів закладів загальної середньої освіти проведено оцінку суб'єктивного сприйняття ними власного здоров'я та його соціальних детермінант. З'ясовано, що серед сучасних школярів має місце низький рівень сформованості цілісного ставлення до власного здоров'я та самооцінки власного способу життя. При цьому серед школярів існує потреба щодо інформації про здоров'язбережувальну поведінку, визначені актуальні теми, вид та час надання даної інформації. Запропоновані напрямками подальших наукових досліджень та політики організаційних рішень в питаннях збереження здоров'я дитячого населення.
