More and more companies in the world are striving to implement clean production strategies and maximize resource productivity in their operations. In the process of applying an integrated, preventive environmental strategy in production to reduce risks for both humans and the environment, stakeholders face causal effects and socio-environmental and economic interdependence in the implementation of clean production projects. All this contributes to the development and growth of scientific, methodological and methodological approaches to the implementation of clean production projects. Studying world and domestic experience in introducing of clean production can determine the ways to comprehensively solve environmental and economic problems in Ukraine and provide the prerequisites for creating an effective system of using natural resources in solving environmental and economic problems of the world, including climate change. The implementation of scientific approaches is possible through the distribution of information on the principles of clean production, the development and implementation of a set of economic and environmental factors for the development of production, the improvement of the mechanism for integrating of environmental factors of the economic development strategy, viewing environmental pollution standards and the special use of natural resources, as well as standards for their economic regulation with the goal of a gradual approximation to EU standards, the creation of a system of sustainable management of production development, stimulates environmental protection and ensures the careful use of natural resources. Therefore, the article discovers the basic principles, methods and mechanisms for creating of clean production projects. The prerequisites for creating an environmental direction in the production of goods and services, as well as the need for risk assessment in the introduction of clean production, are considered. Generalization of existing methods of introduction of clean production, taking into account the world experience, showed that despite the local prerequisites and financial and technological problems, it is profitable for enterprises to implement the concept of СР. The result is a synthesis of existing methods for introducing of clean production, taking into account international experience, which can reduce operating costs, can contribute to improving the safety of workers, as well as reducing the impact of business on the environment. It is obvious that clean production technologies are a good business for industry, as they help to reduce waste disposal costs, reduce the cost of raw materials, reduce the cost of damage to health, improve public relations, improve company productivity, and increase the competitiveness of local and international markets. Clean production is an integral part of the social process, which is in line with economic, political, ethical and cultural values. The article proposes a new optimization model of systemic relationships and effects in the formation of a pricing policy for electricity from combined sources of electricity, taking into account indicators of anthropogenic impact and non-renewable resources, socio-environmental and economic interests of society in the distribution of rental income. The model in the end result provides for the formation of a combined model of tariff setting in the energy sector, according to which electricity tariffs for the end user of the corresponding region will combine both market prices for energy generated from alternative sources and prices for energy generated from traditional sources. The authors improved the scientific and methodological approach to identify, formalize and quantify the multiplier effects that arise as a result of a combination of non-renewable and renewable sources of electricity. Also, the article improves the scientific and methodological approach to assessing the benefits of combining different sources of electricity and their advantages when forming a pricing policy within a single energy strategy.
The energy sector is one of the most important components of the development of business and the economy as a whole, both in Ukraine and in the world. This is precisely what determines the importance of analysis of the successful experience of Ukraine and other countries in the field of applying innovations in the energy sector and the need to implement innovations in the energy sector in modern conditions. This involves the effective use of the available potential of all alternative energy sources, a fundamental analysis of innovative processes, in particular in the energy sector. Identification and systematization of factors influencing the development and commercialization of innovative technologies in the energy sector is an important prerequisite for the development and implementation of innovative economic and energy strategies. The activation of the development and implementation of innovative projects in the field of energy at enterprises will have a positive impact not only on increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, but also will improve the indicators of the quality of life and well-being in the country, which will ultimately allow building a socially-oriented economic system in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to identify and systematize factors influencing the intensity of the spread of innovative technologies in the energy sector of the economy. A system approach, general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, concretization), as well as retrospective analysis, structural analysis, comparative analysis, factor and trend analysis of the application of innovations in the energy industry have been used in the research process. The results of the study are the systematization of factors influencing the intensity of the diffusion of innovative technologies in the energy sector, the identification of the main problems of the introduction of innovations and the problems of innovative management at domestic enterprises. Prospective directions for further research are the use of factor analysis methods and other methods to identify and measure the relationship and its nature between companies in the energy sector and key factors of the intensity of the spread of innovative technologies in Ukraine and the world. The results of the research can be implemented in the work practice of enterprises in the energy sector. The results of the research also have social significance, since ensuring the success of the energy sector enterprises solves the problem of ensuring the need for energy consumption, environmental problems, etc.
Innovation has always played a crucial role in societal progress. Successful management of the innovation process allows for the development of socio-economic systems in the long term. To achieve this goal, an important task is to implement innovative management at enterprises. Information and energy are the key resources of social progress at the modern stage. That is why the introduction of innovative management at enterprises of the energy industry is an important task. Effective implementation of the innovation management system at enterprises requires the development of appropriate organizational forms, management methods and tools. Therefore, the task of implementing an effective mechanism of innovation management at energy enterprises arises. The purpose of the article is to develop an effective mechanism of innovation management at energy enterprises. System and process approaches, general scientific research methods, as well as retrospective analysis, the method of theoretical generalization, and comparative analysis have been used in the research process. The results of the study are the following provisions: modern concepts and approaches to innovative management of enterprises have been investigated; the key aspects of innovative management of enterprises have been identified, and the main directions of implementation of the mechanism of innovative management of energy enterprises have been developed (the directions cover the main areas of activity of energy enterprises); the need to implement the information system as a system-forming factor of the innovative management mechanism of the enterprise has been substantiated; a balanced system of goals for the implementation of innovative management has been defined for the key functional areas of the energy enterprise. Further areas of research are the development of detailed organizational forms, as well as management methods and tools in the enterprise’s innovative management system to ensure innovative effectiveness and the effectiveness of organizational and economic relations. The results of the research can be implemented in the work practice of enterprises in the energy sector. The results of the research have both social and environmental effects (the development of the energy sector provides additional jobs, solving the problems of energy saving and environmental protection).
