Article considers the essence of the process of communicative culture formation of future social workers in the educational process of the pedagogical university. The communicative culture is singled out and considered through an interdisciplinary approach in the professional education of social workers. The peculiarities of the communicative culture formation of future social workers in the educational process in the pedagogical university are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on the need to use various tools in the phenomenon under study, such as: verbal, non-verbal, information and communication. The students' attitude to the process of communicative culture formation of future social workers in the educational process of the pedagogical university are investigated. The results of the experimental study are described.

The article deals with the didactic potential and the possibilities of using educational multimedia applications in the teaching process. In the study the importance of teachers' mastering the skills of using multimedia ap-plications, as well as the knowledge of their essence and capabilities, methodological and psychological-didactic foundations of their usage is stated. The authors consider the notion and types of educational multi-media applications, peculiarities of their usage in various pedagogical scenarios. The technical support for creating multimedia applications by teachers can be represented by the special authoring software tools, that is, programs that provide opportunities for independent building of effective interactive multimedia applica-tions for non-programmers, such as Macromedia Flash, iSpring Suit, Macromedia Director, Authorware Pro-fessional, etc. Multimedia applications can be recommended for usage as a communicative component of the educational environment. The effective performance of pedagogical scenarios of multimedia usage in the ed-ucational process contributes to the development of the learner’s independence and creativity, his active posi-tion as a subject of communicative interaction.
The provision of high-quality teaching is one of the primary aims of the university. The character of the teaching is determined by its connection with the level of qualification and experience: students pursue their chosen programmes under the guidance of academic staff who are active scholars, teachers with teaching experience in the areas which they teach, and who can present the intellectual challenge of studying a subject in depth. This article does not attempt to cover all aspects of teaching. It does not seek to prescribe for the essential element of intellectual inspiration and challenge in the best university teaching, which depends on the talents of the academic staff. What it provides is the establishment of a framework, based on good practice, within which the vital activity of teachers stimulates, and attracts learners to go through the study programmes successfully. The other issue is to discuss teaching assessment criteria to help teachers to be guided in teaching quality requirements.
This article presents the concept “acmeological competence” as a factor of a future teacher leadership development. Definitions of concepts “acmeological competence”, “leadership development”, “leader”, “leadership” are given as well. The theory on a teacher’s leadership and leadership development are given. The acmeological competence formation in the teacher’s leadership development has been noted as well. The article recommends using the acmeological approach in the formation and development of the teacher’s personality, which will be necessary in his leadership development. According to the authors’ viewpoint, acmeological competence and leadership are developed on the basis of such personal qualities as responsibility, independence, the ability to solve problems creatively, initiative, the ability to set one’s goals, taking an active part, success-motivation, self-motivation, self-knowledge, self-improvement, self-education, etc. The most important quality in the development of certain aspects of personality is to reveal internal psychology of a person. Hence, the authors come to the conclusion that having formed acmeological competence, the teacher will be able to be on their best and achieve goals, among which there is also leadership development.
